I just saw again your site from mobile, and it seems that your site is not quite good on mobile compare to pc or laptops, never mind that. But what I curious about is your slots, how much each slots can hold per game? Is there any limited btc that each of them can hold? And after all slots is filled then there will be one winner right? Let assume 10 slots is filled and slot 1 is the winner, then on that slot 1 there is multiple input from many players, hoe do you distributed it?
yes I am still working on the user interference. i want to make it as simple as possible and even add a live grup chat plugin.
regarding the slots when a user deposits the bitcoin the slots shows as booked, no qr code will be shown after payment, just slot number. any further btc send by any other person will be ignored by the system.
then on that slot 1 there is multiple input from many players - qr code is itself encoded with the value to send, means as soon as you scan it, it will fill the amount for you.
and if there are more inputs from other users, the first one with 0.01 ( bet amount ) is chosen as the winner.

What do you mean by this? I do not think if it is really fair enough to let the one that play using 0.01 btc is the winner if the slot 1 is winning. This must be really absurd to let they win just like that. So there is no ditributed equally to all the player that exist on that winning slot? Only one winner and that is the one spend 0.01 btc?
I think you got lost due to my language gap, anyways its completely fair, as winner is decided by slot only.

It's not really even a matter of being more effective, but a 0% house edge is just very suspicious to most gamblers, and your lack of reputation as well as your fairly new account doesn't exactly help.
okay i will contact some sort of escrow, and make sure that he says that he is holding funds until the end of the game, and yes his fees should be taken as house edge.
Site is cloud deployed on heroku, which means it will take time for its first load of the day, as cloud application go to sleeo wheen there is no incoming traffic.

I understand that two users that were negged for scamming people themselves and sending random negative trust negged you, but most people just won't gamble on your site for the the two issues I stated above even though you might not have any bad intentions. Additionally, the site takes quite some time to load (~10 seconds give or take); my internet speed is around 50mbps down.

There is a lot of things that you need to clarify, first like everyone said, there should be fund to support this site. Second thing, you should give out some proof that you are going to pay us and if it is provably fair then you must give us the proof how to prove it. Last one is how can you make 0% house edge? Are you not going to take something from us to make your site better?

its non profit for me, for winner he takes all of the bitcoins nothing is kept by me or someone else.
regarding withraws i tested this game with few of my friends wallet and it works fine, deposit and withraw are processed automatically.

First you need a nice thread about the game, lot of users had run lotteries on this forum before and lot of them try it just to scam other users... And here is where we hit the second point.
You need a collateral or some one who hold the money of the game (escrow). Lets say, if the round 1 is 10 players with 0.1 btc buy in each, then you need to give 1 btc to the escrow user, That way we can be sure you will not run with the money.
So, read more about how to make this kind of dynamics, they try it again. Good luck
