Well considering Thailand's only electrical generation sources are ones which require expensive commodities like oil and coal I can tell you right now with 100% certainty that this is a scam

If you had a corrupt government with a massive hydroelectric dam with excess production perhaps it could be believable - but to have those kinds of connections you wouldn't need this chump change anyway.

Regardless there's no possible situation where this is legitimate

still not answering why we would want you to invest 190k to build a mining facility , being that we got nothing out of this.

One thing I've been meaning to write is that if any of you Bitcointalk "big timers" were to spend 5 minutes of your precious time and read our business plan,

You would see that 99% of the investment money is going towards the cost of building the mining facility
and you have an option of getting your own construction company and signing construction contract with them.

What do you think we would get out of you building a mining facility in Thailand ? To later on steal your exhaust fans in the middle of the night ?

How are we going to scam you if all the money is going towards the construction company ?

Again,  if you were to read our business plan.

you would see that we're not asking people to wire us money randomly.

We ask if they would come see the mines first before signing any deals.

A few people emailed us for pictures , we sent them a picture within the next 2 days writing their names and the current date on a piece of paper at the locations.

Some didn't believe us even with the pictures and asked for real time video chat, we provided that.

I do not want to accuse you for anything ! . but i will give you a free advice, i personally have no interest in your deal ! , i do not have the capital to even consider it  Grin

But ! . for someone to even start thinking of sending that much money to the other side of the planet, they need to see some solid proofs.

maybe start by uploading a video where you mentioned your bitcointalk username, take a tour around and in the farm. show them that this thing does exist, only then it will be worthy of someone's time to take a 10 or 20 hrs flight to meet you in person.

We know good and well that we are not scamming anyone so feel free to ask questions.

Thank you

Thai public transformers are usually around 100-160 kva

The 5 and soon to be 6 mines are capable of running around 15-30asics
(remember that we are not the only one using electricity in the area+ more details below****)

More than 40% of them are owned by our local Thai customers.

We are profitable but it's at a certain extent.

Can we open scale up our operation bit by bit  ?
Yes , we are doing it.
the new mine is expected to open by the end of next month

all the mines are operating in our own property whether it's in a rural "shophouse" or shacks
and we recently ran out of locations ( to open a new mine)

We thought about renting a place to open a mine but it's not profitable at the moment.
It's around 15-25k THB  (thai baht) per month to rent a shophouse/house.
Using public transformer would give us a spot of 15-30asics

Lets say that in the best case scenario where we are able to get a super rural spot and electricity is not being used as much by the locals.
we get to mine 30asics
D3 revnue is at 1.34USD x  30qty x 30days x 32baht =    38952baht per month

REVENUE : 38952 per month

Renting :  15000 baht (best case scenario rent )
Internet : 1000 baht
Technical support/ security  :   20000 baht per month ( best case scenario salary )
Gas : 5000 baht  ( to check the far away rural mine every now and then )

Total monthly cost : 41000baht

Leave us with the loss of -2048 baht

*************************
When you open a mine , there is also startup cost in buying/setting up electricity+network system.
This goes around  50000baht
if it is not a 3 phase power meter at the location then its another 18450baht to the goverment fee

So the total startup cost of 68450 baht

lets say that we are super comfortable with our team and decided not to visit the mine  (no gas money)
Revenue of 38952
Total monthly cost = 41000-5000= 36000

Profit of 38952-36000= 2952 baht per month

ROI Is at 68450/2952 =  23months

Note that for the investment to meet even, the "per day" revenue (ignoring electricity) can't go any lower than 1.34USD within the next 23months.

Yes , We got free electricity but we don't just print money out of thin air .

The reason we were able to open mine after mine in the past being that
1)we got our own locations/properties to open
2) it was very profitable at the time

like stating earlier , we ran out of locations( to open a new mine)

****

You might ask that if its 100kva transformer, how come we're only capable of mining 20-30 asics.
the answer is the meter

Normally , household or regualr commercial areas are using  15/45amp electric meter
and this is the reason why we are only capable of mining 15-30asics even thou it's a 100kva transformer

If you were to upgrade your meter to 30/100 amp electric meter (thus capable of using more electricity ,mining at around 40-60 asics),
the goverment asks you to get your own Transformer .
a 100kva transformer goes around 127490baht ,

There is also  transformer security deposit (to the government)
400baht per kva to the goverment  400baht *100kva = 40000 baht

Total of 167490baht

+  startup cost of 68450 baht =   235940baht  to mine 40-60 asics

If you just take a minute to read our business plan you would understand how things would work.

IF your setup is legit you should have very little trouble locally scaling up to the size you want bit by bit without a big splash of overseas investment

That's what we are doing , we open 5 mines over the course of 2 years. The sixth one is expected to be open by the end of December.

without a big splash of overseas investment .....

We don't see why not. It's business.
I think what he's trying to say is, if it were that good.....why would you sell it? Scaling mining ops by leveraging profits is a very simple matter, provided there are "profits". You say you have them. If so, you would be better served to mine for yourself and forget all these headaches. This proposal does defy logic to a large extent. Good luck.

name any companies with free electricity ? I can't think of one

Those that scammed and are out of business essentially pay for electricity while we are not.

We are still mining as if right now and we would be more than happy to show you our on-going mines.

again , those that went bankrupt or ran out of business can't afford to pay for the electricity with difficulty going up.

Ice rock mining is paying 3 cent per kilo watts but still struggling paying out the investors. Why ? they are still paying for electricity.

We are not.

so how does this work? I send you my defunct equipment that does not pay in the USA (no great loss) Smiley

sorry...but you could be honest as hell, but with long odds etc on bitcointalk..I'd have a hard time with this even if I knew you and you had legendary

status on bitcointalk.

take them up to the court.

All the contracts are officially translated in English , they are as effective as ones we use in our language.

You are also more than welcome to get your own lawyer and have him go through our contracts.

If there are terms/conditions that you and your lawyer think they are not ok, we are open to amend them ( before signing)

Butterfly Labs, GAW miners, etc, etc...they had the same...contracts, cloud mining, etc....all legal...still scam'd everyone...took the coin, went bankrupt

not saying you are anything but honest...but unsure how a 1/2 the world away hosting would work...essentially even with 'free electric'

not sure with other costs a $45 Bitmain L3+ Scrypt Pow miner would make any sense as an example.

I know of 'handshake' deals like this that have worked from Japan to the USA...not seen many successful ones the other way around...though to be fair

it makes more sense to go east then west for electric prices

We here at Thanasit Mining have an access to “free electricity” due to government employee benefits in our country. (Thailand)
Meaning that we have a legal, free source of power.

We have opened 5 mines using public transformer over the course of 2 years and now we are looking to expand.

Your investment will be going towards building a new mining facility/getting our own 2500kva transformer where you can take advantage of our free electricity.

We are looking for a 190k investment which will give you a spot to mine with 1500 antminer D3/L3 or  an equivalent of 2500kva transformer power usage.

As if today, Antminer D3 Revenue at 1.20USD (Free electricity)
ROI: 172.3 days

Further details/ Business plan :  https://drive.google.com/open?id=1p9hT8in3ICSuvgJxeA9nl2gTPF8zY6lu

Referral opportunity: If you refer this to anyone and he decided that he would invest with us.

We'll give you 1500USD once certain transaction is cleared and contracts are signed.

Make sure that you have some sort of referral evidence whether it is in English or your own language.

Contact us at : [email protected]

Note:

I have lived most of my life overseas (Highschool in Canada/ College in the US) and I’m aware of how the rest of the world is viewing our country.
Rest assured that we are not some political overlord in a third world country.
We are merely just government employees who are using the government employee benefits.
We are not breaking any laws and everything is transparent and will be under contracts.

sorry this sound scammy as hell Smiley
