on the other side, every project that might be promoted by you for free in the future may get a bad impression since they promote it for free.
it will make their images scammy. and as the campaign participant, we might think twice to join that project.

if you offer a free campaign management service like this,
maybe a non-profit project will be a better choice.
however, I wish you the best for your journey in this forum.

Hey everyone!!

Got a few offers but nothing concrete.

Anyone here would like to hire me for free!! I am looking for experience I know it is a risk for you guys but I assure you I am capable.

Ultimately man, the joke is going to be on you.
With free bounty management, you're an easy target for scammers. 99.99% of scam projects will not pay a reasonable price for bounty management, rather they'll go to someone like you.
And in turn, they will say something along the lines "if you do good, in the end we'll reward you with X money" (X being much more than you could dream of),, and they will not pay, and you'll be stuck with a bad reputation.

Nope, that will not be an issue.
I understand you have been here for a long time and you would surely understand certain parameters involved in this forum to evaluate anyone.

I am offering my sevice to gain those parameters. If you can understand what I mean..

I think you should listen to @btcltcdigger as he has experiences handling bounties, so he is giving you a tip why it is not good to offer your services for free. Even experienced managers can't even identify a scam project in the beginning, like Murat. Perhaps you can initially offer your services for free, then as you gain reputation, you should at least put a price for your it. Anyways, best of luck to you.

There were so many ICO projects nowadays that wanting your service. I do not think you are willing to accept it especially there are so many scam nowadays and too hard to verify the legit ICO projects.

Why not try to ask reputable bounty managers to become assisstant in their project for free? Who knows there are BM now needing your assistance and that we will going to found out later.

Anyway OP that is a very kind of you to handle projects for free of service. I do wish I could join any of your project in the near future especially if you will be able to handle project that pays btc or other strong altcoins.

As this is my first time and since I wanted to get job in this competetive environment, I am offering my services for free as a one of good will gesture inorder for me to earn trust. As I am a fresher and none of the greats offering me an opportunity.
Always look at the bigger picture. Not just today, this month or this year. Now let say you decided offer free services to earn trust and companies started hiring you but at a lower or Zero fees. Yes it may seem good news to you in the short run but then as time goes on due to competition. Some more new campaign managers looking to join the field will also start offering free services as a way of winning trust.

At that point in time you will be looking for a company to pay you at least $100 a week to manage a campaign since you now feel you have enough experience and your time is valuable, but they will ignore your offer and instead go for the free services offered by other new CMs. You will be left there without any campaign to manage for weeks or months all because of a cycle or trend you started

Thanks for your guidance, I will keep in mind what you have said to me. As I have mentioned earlier this offer is for me to get initial job. I am aware what it can lead to in the long run and I know how to work in that situation.

While i do commend your enthusiasm and willingness to dive into campaign managing waters, you're doing yourself, and this whole community a disservice.
Basically you're lowering the cost and price of a BM job, and this could cause a cascade that everyone will lower their price just to be competitive.
it could result in many quality managers just quitting this gig because its not worth their time anymore (like i did in the last few months, as there was always an indian or phillipino willing to work 24/7 for peanuts)
Haven't you learned about the forum yet? Everyone is out for themselves. Who cares if they push prices down, long as they make 5$ it's all good.

i have, but that doesnt mean i like it or have to agree with it.

its one of the reasons i stopped activly looking for bounties to manage, as i cant be arsed to check illiterate articles or videos fir $20

I know users can offer their services as they please, but offering a free BM service in my opinion is absurd, if a company wants to advertise in btt, they should have a budget for that, to pay the participants in the campaign as well as the manager who has quite a lot of work to do, ranging from selecting good posters, to counting posts and preventing spam every week. It would be wrong imo if users start offering free BM services, though that won't still get them campaigns, these companies usually choose the reliable BM's and they are not much.
  • If you think my service was great then tip me!
  • My BTC address for tip is - 33xdfeY9aUU29fqky8Wg6AEL3NeJRj6Xu7
  • My ETH address for tip is - 0xDd6A8bc51f47bBC599e6546C0E3673fb0f49a213

It's the same as accepting payments, why not do that. Goodluck btw.
