The partnership is with chainlink (link)!
I thought hat if that was partnership with the government to issue CBDC, if the partnership was about this and the hype will be so big but chainlink partnership was a common thing. oneledger was not the one who have been partnered with chainlink about CBDC partnership. This kind of partnership didn't give any impact to the price. It's not a big partnership. If oneledger can create a CBDC partnership with some countries or major international companies like mastercard or visa and that will be so big. Just see the chart https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/oneledger/ at least that's not bad enough.
They mentioned it on telegram an hour ago and neither team has posted it on their twitter or blog yet. So I believe the price should go up quite a bit in the next two days or so. They also mentioned that they are working with many partners and potential clients in the CBDC space and the OneLedger Virtual Machine (OLVM) will be launched in 2 weeks and their bridge will be launched 2 weeks after that.
