Duelbits threatened me and I abused people who supported them blindly without knowing what happened after the incident, they didn't handle the case properly. Why would I waste my time for $100, when my loss is more than $100k.

It was a heads-up game, so according to evolution my internet went off after I placed my bets, I could see the dealer's moments for the entire 15 secs.

See, how many of them come defending duelbits when they don't even have time to read whether it was a heads's up game or other players were playing?

You can't steal my money, that's my only argument here, even if it's $1, they need to have a better system to monitor these kinds of issues. They simply cannot close cases by saying I had an intermittent connection, only after placing the bet on a heads-up, doesn't make sense. If they can scam me in this scenario, very well they could have other shady things which we will never find out.

Yes, I am out of gambling, I abused customer support so that they would ban my chat privileges. I even mailed duelbits stating the $100 is my tip, I am not here for the refund for christ sake, I am just letting people know that evolution/duelbits can close genuine cases like this. So you need to have evidence when you are gambling online.

I am already started focusing on something else, If I had to gamble why would I piss off duelbits in the first place? lol

Evolution sent me those messages through duelbits. It was a heads-up game, it was just me against the dealer. I won't trust evolution/duelbits henceforth, they both are shady companies.

Which live table games provider and which casino do you recommend instead? Unfortunately bugs can happen from time to time because we are dealing with digital games here, not physical ones, but I agree they should be able to investigate more seriously when this kind of thing happens in order to find if the bug really came from the customer side or from their part actually. A thread about the disconnection policies from the different live blackjack providers and tables could be a good idea though.

To get a good number of complaints as you say, you need to get a good number of players first. And unfortunately here, only few people are regular gamblers. So I'm not sure if something goes wrong on one casino one day we will see many complaints popping here. Moreover on a Blackjack table there are usually not more than 7 players at the same time. So if the issue has only happened at one table, it hasn't concerned many users.

I think this is a case where you just refused to accept the fact that the outcomes of the bets you made were a result of a bad internet connect from your side because let say duelbits or Evolution game had an outage at the time you were placing bets, then how come you are the only one who faced the issue. Duelbits is now quite popular, we would be seeing many more users having similar complaints just like yours.

Maybe the problem was really from your internet service provider, not from duelbits server or Evolution gaming. We would see a lot of complaints about this issue if it was from Evolution gaming. We would also see a good number of complaints if it happened from Duelbits. These three incidences happened on the same day within 10 minutes. You have played more than 50k rounds blackjack game at Duelbits without facing any issues. So, they won't scam you for such small amount.

You wouldn't be able to place bets if your internet connection wasn't working, maybe your internet connection was weak while it happened.
