In the darkweb as they say, one can easily find goods like drugs and guns and one can buy using cryptocurrency as the mode of payment in the transactions. And that can be an easy part, actually. Now, I am wondering how do they deliver those goods...is it them personally handing the items or are they using a courier? In case of a courier, is it not the responsibility of them to make sure they are not delivering illegal goods?
Here in my country, the courier is making sure that the items are not illegal and they are usually doing the normal inspection because they have the responsibility under the law.
As far as I know, from the media news and police reports, they use a courier.
I think it's very difficult for the courier to check out all packages, it's probably impossible because of the large number of shipments.
It's not their responsibility, any way.
