This ended up being a Scam. Sold the server to me, have not heard from him in days, no response to any communication. My corporate attnys however will being having a field day however

Did you pay with BTC? Can you make a post with proof of payment in the Scam Accusations section so as to warn others?

Perhaps the OP is selling the server in order to help repay the loan.

Please hold off from buying this, he is currently in a loan with me that might have defaulted. The loan time frame ends today, but I've only gotten back about 1/3 of what I'm suppose to get. Let me work it out with him first and I'll update if it's safe to buy anything from him.
