The thing with Delta & Amex is the terms and conditions are key. If you don't meet them exactly and they don't accept your certificate you are SOL. For example, if it requires you pay for a "Y" class fare, or must travel in same reservation as the Amex cardholder, or is only usable by a specific named person, or Saturday stay required, or whatever, then it's not the same as say a $300 delta gift card purchased online from delta.com.
what do you actually saying? you have a Delta airlines gift certificate worth $300 & you want to sell it with bit coins?
