It was private. Government doesn't really have any authority if it was an accidental overdose... even if it happens a million times. Government is trespassing if they continue to call his private property - his house - drug house. Government needs to prove foul play. Using drugs on your own private property isn't illegal, even though government might say that it is.

ed buck was caught multiple times. this time his victim survived and the victim accused him
the victim and the victims medical record is the proof
so no its not just some private domestic small matter of smashing plates and arguing.. but a known crime which has no legal defense of making attempted murder acceptable behind closed doors

cant believe you think that crimes are not crimes if done behind a closed door.
its really time you start to understand the law

side note
trespass is not calling his house a drug house
nor is it trespass or defamation if i said your house was a cardboard box

please atleast try to learn some basics of law if you want to atleast try to get involved in conversations

Lethal injection is a perfect penalty for his fetish and hiding behind "friends protection". Finally things got loud enough so that this just can't be ignored anymore even despite his connections

What? Do you feel so sad for the joker who couldn't control what he was doing so that he died? Anybody who does drugs knows that it can be dangerous. Riding bicycle can be dangerous. Climbing mountains can be dangers. Just driving a car is dangerous if you consider all the people who are killed in car accidents.

Leave the private people alone once you find out that there was no foul play.

Cool

This guy is a sick fetishist well known by local prostitutes to try to forcibly inject and murder people. I am all for people having the freedom to kill themselves in any way they choose, but this guy gets off murdering disadvantaged men and making it look like an accidental OD. This is absolutely  case where government should be involved, and they should have been a long time ago.

I still don't know how someone like him isn't put under the eye of even local police and prosecutors. What he's doing is sick, and people see it in the news.

In my mind, there's only so much that your powerful friends can help you with -- and in my head, once you start literally killing people by lethally injecting illegal drugs into them, you've crossed the line.

Damn.

It looks like the feds have taken control of this case now. I am hearing lots of chatter on the interwebs that Ed Buck has a lot of dirt on a lot of powerful people, which would explain why he has been getting away with his degeneracy for so long. Now that he is in federal jurisdiction and facing a mandatory minimum sentence of 20 years if convicted, this case could get a lot more interesting. Either that or there will be another Epstein type event. This case is going to be the thread that unravels tons of other corruption if he survives.

I just don't understand why everyone has been sweeping this under the rug and how it can happen.

what would you do if a homeless gay black drug user comes you and accuses rich white man who is connected to all the local politicians of forcibly injecting him with drugs? (pretend he donates to your favorite politicians. In certain parts of LA we only have dems, GOP doesn't even bother running but you could pretend its a republican donor in Alabama for this mental exercise)

Id think he was just some crazy person. maybe trying to get a lawsuit or a settlement. This is exactly what Ed Buck is saying now and theres a good chance it works.

This guy has been a well known degenerate and suspected murderer who has been protected by his political connections for a long time now. This has happened MULTIPLE times at his residence. He is practically begging to be caught. Hopefully he is convicted and sentenced to die via lethal injection.

I just don't understand why everyone has been sweeping this under the rug and how it can happen. This isn't something that is normal out of anyone, even for fetishes.

He should be promptly investigated, but we know it's not going to come to fruition anyway. The prosecutor may try something, but he's going to get quickly shut down due to his large political connections.....

According to the LA Times, prominent California donor Ed Buck was charged with battery causing injury, operating a drug house and providing methamphetamine to a 37-year-old who overdosed at his home in West Hollywood last week. Buck has faced scrutiny in the past year after several mysterious drug-related deaths at his home.
This news is already very popular in California, you missed the news for now.

After all, why did you make the topic about (Democratic donor Ed Buck charged after another overdose at his LA home) not display the source of the news.
Actually you can read this on Google and Twitter.

1. Democratic donor Ed Buck charged with running 'drug den' after another man overdosed in Los Angeles home
2. Ed Buck, Democrat donor, arrested, charged with running drug den after latest guest overdose

And why you took all the copies on Twitter without the original source.

lethal injection is too light a sentence for this degenerate. Hes another jeffrey epstein type.He abused his power and like many other serial killers he preyed on a group that was even more vulnerable than the ones epstein preyed on. The downtrodden and neglected, those who are never listened to. I bet more victims come out soon that either reported it and werent believed, or didnt report it because they thought nobody would believe him.

I know you guys in this forum arent a big fan of cockfighting from the last time i posted about it but i think the fitting punishment is to throw blood on him and lock him in a thunderdome with 36 angry gamecocks.

You're missing a vital piece of this whole story, he's being charged with not only providing the meth for usage but injecting it into the person

Buck is due in court Wednesday to respond to three counts of battery and injecting the alleged third victim with methamphetamine on Sept. 11, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Further on that, is below. Same source as above.

Quote
Buck is accused of thwarting the man's attempt to get help. The man fled the apartment and reportedly called for help from a nearby gas station. He survived but was treated at a hospital.

This guy is seriously fucked up, hopefully prosecutors are able to put him away for a long time. No one should be able to do this.

The guy has a fucking fetish with injecting people with large amounts of narcotics to get them to overdose. What in gods fuck is this.
