As for the minks, it is very sad that such slaughter has to be taken on such a large scale in the name of protecting people. However many people tend to forget that mass scale slaughter of animals takes place on a daily basis in slaughterhouses in order to feed billions of people each day - unless you're a vegetarian or vegan, you are pretty much encouraging the same thing to happen every single day.

I knew that there would be such comments like this. It was a tough choice but I think Demark government did the right thing. Now that everybody clearly knows the severe consequences of Corona virus pandemic. Yielding to Coronavirus is to put your beloved people's lives in danger. Cut the sentiment and be decisive.

Indeed, this is like the famous trolley dilemma in psychology where you would choose if you would kill a single person by rerouting the trolley to save five. Denmark chose the one who is on the main route, by rerouting the killing to others, which in this case is the minks. This is pretty hard to take, but it is what it is. We need to choose, and only us can choose for this.

The denmark government has taken good steps to protect the people the killer corona virus is spreading from mink to human body so the denmark government has decided to kill this animal denmark is the largest producer and exporter of mink fur in europe. So killing all the mink in the country needless to say will have a big economic impact on that country the world health organization has praised the denmark government for killing a large number of mink animals in a bid to save mankind from a new pandemic.

You are still funny. Why? You don't know how to isolate a virus. Neither do you know how to read a report of virus isolation. The CDC says that the virus was never isolated. Other doctors say that the virus was never isolated. Do you know what that means? It means that nobody even knows for a fact that there is a Covid virus.

But you are special, right? You know that Covid exists, because you are so all-knowing, right? You know which sick people get sick from Covid (which nobody knows exists), and which people get sick from something else.

Don't you think you should start waking up from your sleep, and find out that people have gotten sick from many things, but that nobody has any proof that it was Covid?

That's too much money to be destroyed but if those minks really carry the virus then they already dead anyway. And not only that they would kill lots of people because of the virus they carry so it is better to think like they never existed.

I also read the virus those minks carry is not exactly like covid19 but a mutated form of it which means it would mess up the ongoing vax researches.

The virus mutated in the mink and spread back to humans potentially more lethal. This was always an inherent risk with mass-scale farming and here we are staring down a potential doomsday scenario.

The order to cull them should be accompanied with a ban on all mink farming. Unlike food, no one ever needs mink.

this is just sad. I stumble upon a news that Denmark is planning on killing 15 million minks over coronavirus fear after a genomic analysis suggested that nearly 400 cases of coronavirus on humans on north Denmark were related to mink farms.
