The network is congested. Normal gas price should be set at atleast 20 to get faster confirmations else it can take hours.

Oh, I transferred my ETH which took few seconds at 20 and hence thought it's the same for tokens. Some people paid 60 and got confirmations in 1 minute. May be you will need to wait till your transaction gets dropped or then you can double spend it by using this technique: https://kb.myetherwallet.com/transactions/check-status-of-ethereum-transaction.html
