I registered an account in my name on September 28, 2017. transferred funds to the wallet. saved the password and recovery key. I recently wanted to transfer my funds to the exchange and found that I could not log into my account! the support team wrote to me that the password was changed and the key was re-encrypted in 2019. I didn't! I had two-factor google authentication! I have all the documents proving my identity! I have my phone and my mail! I have my authentication key! The support service does not respond to 10 emails! This is a very bad and unreliable service! pass by! And if you want to donate your money to scammers - you are welcome!
I don't know more regarding this wallet, but when you say recovery key is this a 12-words or 24-words you saved? If yes, then I guess you can still recover your funds by importing this 12/24 words to https://electrum.org desktop wallet.

Even though I've never really delt with GateHub I do have to say a lot of the companies in the crypto space right are plagued with new people, so you're going to have cut them some slack cause they can't handle the amount of people who are using their services right now.

I'd send in another ticket, try to call a number if you can get to it and wait. That's all you can do. Worst case get some regulators / police involved from your own country.

i contact Gatehup support 4 day ago with proof. they not even answer my e-mail.

They are even worse than poloniex, customer service actually it is like not even working. So I am not having not even 5% confidence in this website.
