I have a 1 Super Bitcoin(SBTC) on OKEX, I buy it 112 USD Feb 2018, The problem is I can't login to my OKEX account anymore. It says account not found. They erased my account. My few SBTC lose. I think OKEX is True SCAMMER and not trusted anymore

Having problem with withdrawal now, waiting for my ETH for more than 4 hours. Support says that they have problem with many withdrawals. Be carefull.

I have forgotten my password and used the SMS function to retrieve the password but when I received the SMS I got only 5 pin codes while it required 6 digits. The pin I tried to email to support but never responded and now my tk is frozen haizzzzzzzzzzzzz

Be careful about OKEx. They dont let me withdraw 4.3 Bitcoins. I am trying to withdraw it for over 2 month now. But I was prohibited and my withdraws were blocked. "We noticed that you have requested BTC withdrawal on okex. Your withdrawal will be unblocked after the phone call verification" So I send them my new phone number and the unfreeze code ,so they can call me. After that they requested passport copies. So I sent them various copies of my passport and other requiered documents, but they suddently stopped communication with me and the withdraw options remained blocked.

Finally on 18-03-05 I was able to process the withdraw on their website without giving me any reason:

BTC 18-03-05 12:06:20 Withdraw -0.63150000 0.000000

BTC 18-03-05 00:54:31 Withdraw -3.68650000 0.000000

But they never send me this Bitcoins to my wallets although its marked as "send" on their website. After waiting several hours in their chat and trying to reach someone on telegram I got following answer:

Charlie Okex Support: I have been trying to release your withdrawal But it cannot be completed Me: and now ?

Charlie Okex Support: The system is not letting me complete your withdrawal Me: sounds like a technical problem. so how do you want to resolve this

Charlie Okex Support: I'm really sorry, but it is out of my control You will have to email our team at [email protected] ME: but they dont respond

And they really don´t respond on emails. So my 4.3 Bitcoins seems like being lost. They are scammer.

the sms code are always invalid and the 2factor do not work, they never answer the chat ot phone calls or email, becarefull with this scam

i cant withdraw my funds from them either their support system is terrible, i keep being redirected to a support page in chinese. ive wasted my whole day trying to contact these pricks. waited 2 months for bitfinex to refund a transaction they didnt execute properly with the worst customer service skills ive ever experienced in my life. and now these jokers ffs. DONT SEND YOUR MONEY TO THESE CLOWNS.

I wanted to undergo verification, but they did not verify my account, and now I can not withdraw my funds. All this is very suspicious.

OKEX is the worst trading platform there is. I have been waiting to get my Coins Several days, and the support is not even reviewing the tickets that I made. They don't care, they don't offer help and don't give a fuck. So If you wanna buy Chinese Crypto's Please get as far from this platform as you can possibly get. After several days of making a ticket that no one responded we got a site notice that deposits/withdrawals are currently delayed due to network congestion. And will be disabled for now, until god knows when.
To their support you are not a person. Don't make the same mistake as I did, and don't trust OKEX and stay away from okex.com.

There can be deposit problems or login problems, but this is really not because they are trying to scam you. It just happens here and there.
They usually do respond not like right away but within the day they do. It happened to me several times, always fixed.

I recently sent ETH to my OKex account and it did not arrive (2days waiting), i did some research online and saw many posts about the same problem, angry people saying they got scamed etc...

The chat system on there website is not working so i sent them an Email and got reply within 24h  :
