I am from the UK.
I Deposited £850 on Gox this past week and this was through OKPay. It took few hours.
You need to verify your OKPay account (will take few minutes if you pay $10 for express verification) and then deposit into it.
The easiest and fastest way to deposit into OKPay is with LTC and BTC. I basically converted some of my altcoins into LTC and BTC and transferred it to OKPay.
I also bought 1 BTC from Bitbargain (have to be verified there too!).
I bought bitcoins at £72 and sold at £190 and have just bought again today at £84. My £850 has so far made me 26.5 bitcoins.
Even if I don't get a single penny back, it was well worth the risk considering a 1000% possible ROI.
Mtgox right now, is only for people with huge balls!
Having said that, don't risk what you can't afford to lose.

Any investment on Gox need to be considered HIGH RISK. be careful, be prepare for negative news. Yes their is a possible positive outcome.
Mt gox is a scam and dead at the moment they are going bankrupt.
