Forget mtgox, mtgox is dead. Try other alternatives like bitstamp, btc-e, coinbase or localbitcoins.
I do not see this funding option in my mtgox interface and I'm verified + not from US. How do you initiate the deposit?

Mtgox is suffering from lot of problems. Just check and research about them. You will find the answer.

I have no idea how long the deposit process takes...but I know the withdrawals will takes a really really long time...
I don't know if you did some research on MTGox or what's happening lately.
They were suffering from outdated software which resulted in possible hacks with transaction malleability.
So i think things are going kind of slow or are completely blocked at Gox.
Your transaction will probably be reviewed manually.
