you can check if your transaction has confirmed yet by entering the withdrawal address on blockchain.info. six confirmations is needed before you should start looking for that amount to appear as a deposit to your account. this is the same whether you are depositing to an account at an exchange or anywhere else. the only time it shows instantly is if you are receiving to your own wallet or a hybrid ewallet like blockchain.info/wallet. otherwise most everything else with an account requires confirmations first.
