I used Binance and Coinex, so far these two exchange gives me the fastest time to deposit crypto.
However, a few days ago I got a problem with withdrawing my crypto from Coinex, I asked some of their customer support on the Coinex telegram group, and they said that he caused by a node sync problem. It was fixed in a few minutes. I can say that their support is outstanding in my case.
No, I don't give any recommendation regarding a good exchange, but this post is based on my experience that can be used for your references.

I never find the situation, what coin that you choose to deposit?

Until now, I only use binance exchange and I just need less than five minutes to see my fund arrive on binance exchange.

Yeah, indeed it is not worth if you are a trader, you may need to try another exchange to do so. Trading crypto currency now is really easy, you just need money and knowledge against it, as for the exchange factor you can google the top exchange for trading crypto and you will find many exchanges that you can use.

Yes it's verified, was a 3 min job showing id...

Thanks for help, sorry to bog the forum down with trivial shit... I was more wondering if there were better exchanges to use???
It's fine to ask questions that you don't know. This is a forum about bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies so you should be fine asking things that you don't know about it.
How about using Binance? any chance that you have used them or not yet?

Deposit should be instant after confirmation. I haven't heard of any exchange that "delays"/ "holds" incoming deposit. Taking 3 days for a deposit to show up sounds weird (unless changes has been made. though I haven't faced any such issue). Or was it some fiat deposit that you did like wire transfer? Some wire transfer gets delayed due to internal security check. Other than that they usually arrive in a business day or two and at most three. EFTs are almost instant. You probably did EFTs on other exchanges that you have used and doing a wire transfer on exchange.

maybe we can deposit bitoin satoshi in other exchanges in this weeks the bitcoin price slowly started to fall down.It is safer now to convert btc into a stable coin thats actually my opinion, its still depends on how you think and trade. if you invested in bitcoin last month you surely gain profit.

I haven't used Kraken exchange for a long time, so I don't know if making a deposit of up to three days is normal or not. As with the CHAPS
feature provided by Kraken, maybe this is one of the reasons the deposit takes a long time. My advice is that if the transaction can be canceled,
it's better to use another exchanges.

As I use local exchanges in my countries it only takes a few hours for deposit. I recommend that you can use Binance, Bitfinex, Bithumb, Huobi Global
and Bitstamp for deposits. Because of all the exchanges I mentioned are very fast when making deposits.

Who had the fastest deposit times on coin exchanges?

I deposited on one and it takes up to 3 days... This is far from reactive.
If trading on 212 for example deposits are instant, allowing you to take opportunities when they arise... 3 days tho is just a no!

Are they all generally the same?

The exchange in question is Kraken.

Its actually depend on what coins you are using for sending and how many confirmation needed before the exchange can show your balance. If you want a faster deposit then choose a coins with faster transaction such as xrp or xlm then transferring it on exchange.  Or less pay much higher fees if you want to transfer BTC in that case miners will make your transaction as priorities.

3days? Is it too long, I am just waiting for a minute only before I will get my coin in exchange whether it is bitcoin or eth or any coin. Even when you are free referring with bitcoin? and you choose the low or the cheapest amount of fee still it will not take 3days, I wonder if what you are saying is correct. I have no experience using kraken but I had use so many exchanges so I think it will be my reference. Anyway if you are transferring xrp it will take less than 5mins.

I don't think the problem here is about the exchange. It is the coin and the transfer fee used by the OP. It is not the exchange's fault if the user used a very small fee to deposit on them. Haven't used kraken before. But more than llikely, it is not the exchange at fault here. For example, if you send btc in binance at 1-2 sats/byte, of course, it will take time to hit in the exchange. So the OP should be clear about his prob and not blaming the exchange for nothing.

Where are you from? I could recommend some if your country is supported.

It's fine thanks. I will just wait another day... Not happy wth this because this is not how you work, waiting 3 days for your money... This is exactly the reason bitcoin was created! To bypass these thieving dinosaurs!!!!

Kraken also have an option called CHAPS and you have to pay £21 for the same day... hmmm... That's why it's taking so long!!

Can anyone else recommend a better exchange???

This is a joke now...

See my post above, I use Revolut.

The banks are still using the "SWIFT" system which was created in 1973,
nothing swift about it these days when you want to move your money fast.

I don't risk time when it comes to depositing. I just go to Binance and buy btc or usdt with cash and start trading immediately as I get the coins in maximum 5 - 10 minutes which is enough for me to take the opportunity quickly because sometimes when you send with low fee or if the fee range increases due to mempool traffic, you will experience longer waits when getting confirmations, though long time till you wait for your deposit to arrive.

Which one coin you make deposit, I think have several coin take more long time confirmation like EOS and NRG coin, you will wait more than seven days if try to deposit and withdraw above coin because on exchange market confirmation take more than 5000 confirmation to be success, better before withdraw or deposit coin on your exchange check with how many confirmation take time by some coin because I got many coins take 12 confirmation and only eos take 5000 confirmation to be success.

You need to be specific about the coin you deposited, but likely your first deposit that took 3 days is bitcoin, it took 3 days because the fee used is low while mempool was congested also. Also know that bitcoin transaction is most likely to be confirmed approximately every 10 minutes if your transaction is placed in the nest block with higher fee. For fast confirmation, you need to pay high fee or wait until mempool is not congested.
So does it means that other Coins are not really good to deposits, so I want to know the caused of slow procession of transaction but from your point  of views I'm trying to understand the concept that the lower the charges or feel of transactions the lower the transactions procession, so waiting for mempool it will not require higher feel?

Well, it's all depends on what coin or token you are depositing, usually instant deposits are possible except bitcoin and ethereum that requires time and patience but it also depends if you are using huge fees then it will be deposited fast. Any other blockchain are also fast confirmations on any exchanges.

What did you deposit on the exchange matters as it also shows or will tell how long it will take for the deposit to be successful, when depositing some tokens, you will be told how long it will take, that is, how many confirmations that is need before it will be successful and reflect on your dashboard, now if it takes longer than usual, it means something is wrong. If the deposit is successful from your end, then any issues being faced is from the exchange, hence you contact the support center of that exchange to understand what happened and how to solve it. On the other hand, if the deposit failed from your own end or is taking time, then you will to check what's wrong and maybe contact the team of the project for solution. However, when it comes to deposit of fiat, the exchange might take many things into account and in some cases, it might take time, depending on how fast they are in verifying what needs be.
Therefore, I don't know what you deposited, but if it's a token and successful from.your end, contact Kraken customer care and if it's fiat deposit and also successful from your end, contact your bank to be sure it is successful, then contact Kraken as well.
Different exchanges have their own mode of operation thus their services would be different and unique.

As stated above it's just GBP from my bank to kraken... anyway I think this post is taking up valuable forum space now... i wil get my money and open with another exchange...

PAYWARD ltd who handle the money for kraken will just be sitting on my money making interest, and also they are tryin to get me to pay for their "chaps" service which is £21 which gets money in - in 1 day....

I have deposited form my bank into kraken
Check their processing time for bank deposits.
https://support.kraken.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000381846-Fiat-currency-deposit-options-fees-minimums-and-processing-times-
As for reading the processing time, I think what you're experiencing is normal and you only need to wait.

I agree.

My question is if OP's account is verified already, because if not, that might be the issue that is why KRAKEN making it delayed, especially if OP is depositing a large amount of money worth of cryptocurrency. The mostly reasons why exchangers are delaying a certain transaction is because they want to confirm that you are a legit customer, for security purposes, or it is just too traffic in the network.

And to avoid confusion, are you referring to fiat or crypto?

No no, I mean depositing gbp into my kraken only...

gpb means poundsterling = fiat

I had an issue with the deposit of bitcoin into my local exchange that took 3 days still unconfirmed. My problem is I used a low fee of about 1sat/b, I know this and this not worries me.

Fiat/GBP... I will just wait... Kraken use Payward Ltd to process money, no doubt they are just sitting on it for 3 day making interest?!

Not all bad, it will force me to sit and wait for the bear run!

Oh my.

Well, I'm not familiar with Payward but previously I deposited through bank transfer on another exchange and it constantly reminded the users to paste the transaction reference code in the appropriate fields so they could verify the funds. However my account was already verified so that took like 20 minutes max before I saw it.

One thing that might affect the waiting time is also your account KYC status. If it's not verified, that's gonna require extra days to check here and there.

Most like it was an issue with your bank, you have to check with them, as they might not support depositing to exchanges. Usually though it take 3-5 business days to processed your transaction from a bank, so I guess you have to wait.

If nothing happens after a week then definitely go to the bank and ask. Best of luck!

I think the issue is with your Bank!

I'll give you 4 scenarios of what happens which I have used to transfer to Coinbase, these are
my findings

1.] Transfer from Bank to Coinbase any time after 9am. - up to 3 days delivery

2.] Transfer from Bank to Coinbase before 7.30am - Same day delivery, usually around 3pm.

3.] Transfer from Bank to Revolut - Instant, Then transfer from Revolut to Coinbase during the
day between 9am and 9pm - can take hours

4.] Transfer from Bank to Revolut - Instant, Then transfer from Revolut to Coinbase during the
day between 9pm and 2am - a matter of seconds

If it took three days for your deposit to be credited, it means the commission you paid to miners was too low. This has nothing to do with cryptocurrency exchanges. The only aspect of your transaction that exchanges take into consideration is how many confirmations your transaction got. The first confirmation is most important, and the speed of it depends on the fee you paid. Further confirmations depend on how fast miners are finding a new block.

What did you deposited on them? exchanges are relying to the confirmation of the coin that you've sent to them. For example in Kraken, if you have deposited bitcoin, it needs 4 confirmations to reflect in your account. Here is their processing times for each coin that they have. The only coin that needs more confirmation which takes up to 2 weeks is ETC.
