I want a community where the government obeys the law. For example...

In the USA we have the right to travel. This right is upheld by court cases which are based on the 1st Amendment.

As a right, it is not to be limited on in any way, just as the 2nd Amendment is not to be limited in any way for us.

The 13th Amendment says that there isn't supposed to be any involuntary servitude. This means that regarding my various forms of property, government is to remain hands off. But if they need to mess with my property, they pay me.

The point is, government makes me pay for vehicle licensing. They should pay me, to keep themselves from disobeying the law, because I don't volunteer to have them messing with my property.

But who would pay for the roads without the license tax?

The point isn't paying for the roads. The point is being legal, especially in government. We have gone to the moon. We have complex computers. I'm sure government can figure out a way without being illegal.

Same with Covid. If they want me to wear a mask, they should be paying me... not me paying for the mask, and then paying for the agony of wearing it, and then paying for the damage it does to me.

Let's get society turned around to the way it is supposed to be. If government orders me to do something, let them pay me to do it. Not the other way around.

Cool

taxing the rich is counter productive.They have move fluidity of movement, and better financial advice. Over taxing them just cases a flight of capital and taxable income.

I think that's a myth perpetuated by the rich. Don't tax us, or else we'll leave! I'm not convinced that in practice they do move. There are costs involved in moving, particularly away from what is their current favoured location, and there's no guarantee that the next place they move to will be low tax forever.
If no-one taxes the rich, it creates a 'race to the bottom' situation where jurisdictions are falling over themselves to offer better and better terms. It's not a viable long-term answer.

I would like to have a community that has some just leaders who are followed by each of the members of the community whatever rules and regulations they put on that community.
This community is really good if the members are also good as well, it is not only about the leader it is both for the leaders and its members, when you are cooperating and helping each other then for sure the community will get stronger.
A just leader will consult his community almost every day to make sure there are doing well. Our community right now needed these kinds of people because if the leaders are just, those people below them will strictly follow their command. If they are not, expect nothing but chaos in the community.
That is not easy bro, community means a lot of people if the leader will consult each every day then it requires so much effort and time, that is not good for a leader he also needs rest. That is not needed, members are well enough to stand on their own, they already know right and wrong. They don't need to be consulted they by day, no one wants those things to happen.

Even with a just curfew, the leader will already get a lot of objection and will not get the respect half of the community. So its not gonna work for a group of people who wants democracy and freedom at all times.

But put them on a martial law with strict rules that will have punishment for every small mistake and they'd all be united on the same page. A united group of people as a community with one goal will definitely work. If one will just join all to profit from the community, it won't end up good.

If you are talking about curfews, then you are not talking about a community with freedoms, and if you are basing this on the Covid casedemic, then you are missing the whole points of Governments obeying the diktats of the Pharma.banking elite.

btw - taxing the rich is counter productive.They have move fluidity of movement, and better financial advice. Over taxing them just cases a flight of capital and taxable income. It's far better for governments to stop squandering money, and then they can reduce taxes for everybody.  I believe that id the national assets were managed correctly, and government over employment and revenue mismanagement were removed, it would be possible to abolish income tax completely.

Probably something where:

There is equality of opportunity, with no inbuilt advantages for certain types of people;
Advancement and success are based on merit, talent, and hard work;
Taxation is truly progressive: billionaires pay higher % tax than millionaires, and millionaires pay higher % than those below them, etc.;
Leader's decisions are made with long-term success in mind;
Media are are held properly accountable for misleading and untrue statements;
Leaders are accountable for their actions, and can be removed/replaced democratically.

imagining it like a business. not having managers(leaders) thinking they own the company and that the employees need to obide by the managers fist/rule

instead have employee's know what to do to improve the 'business' and earn fair rewards for improving their life and thus the business(country) and the manages are there as support staff to help the employee's succeed.
where the managers only get paid/a bonus if the lives of employees and the business improve

employees vote on the repremand/punishment for certain things other employee's might do wrongly. where everything is employee centric. not manager centric

i dont mean communist/socialist. i mean a bottom-up capitalist/libertarian system that recognises that 99% of population should mean more then the 1%

imagine having a 4 year election of a leader and every 6 months a vote on what laws/punishment levels should be accepted
where people have more input into the workings of the leader and its not just a 4 year handshake to get a guy into a seat and then let them do as they please

to achieve this can be simple
re-arrange how the salary structure of the leaders pay is given. and allow easy regular voting of citizens. we are in 2020 after all not 1920. its not that hard

You own the pen
I would like to have a community that has some just leaders who are followed by each of the members of the community whatever rules and regulations they put on that community. Like for example strictly no throwing of any garbage in the street or no one would be allowed to go out after the curfew hours except for emergencies. of course, there are some exceptions but a just leader would make it better in the future. A just leader will consult his community almost every day to make sure there are doing well. Our community right now needed these kinds of people because if the leaders are just, those people below them will strictly follow their command. If they are not, expect nothing but chaos in the community.
