This would be easier to understand if you: explained your point early, placed markers to indicate how you would like the reader to group info, and ended with a concluding statement.

Today I got amazed to see something called "safeorscam", already heard and saw it long time ago, but never came to seriously check it out and not how badly designed that system is!

If you want to design a feedback system that's pretty nice and even great for this community which is bind by trust, however you've to split marketplaces from vendor sites. This is the non-sense of SoS, they go by reviewing everything in a lump sum making more noise than helping anybody. At a marketplace you don't create a single thread saying if the market is legit or not, unless the market owner runs away with everybody's money, because that's stupid. Marketplace owners and operators aren't associates of vendors and all of them that I know of have both legit and scammer users, bitcointalk included under the "Marketplace" forum section.
Vendors and buyers are independent individuals acting on their own, just using a common and third party platform.
So, if you want to do it rightly you've to take some points into account:
- Is the site a shop or a market?
- If it's a shop you can review it alone, it's a single vendor so that's ok.
- If it's a market you've to identify both sellers and markets; it's senseless to create a feedback to "John" without stating the market, as John from ebay isn't the same as John from bitcointalk, the right format would be john@ebay / john@bitcointalk. Also note that the same person may not be able to find the same username available at some other place, but would be nice to have him bringing his FB along, let's say john@ebay has a great FB and wants to bring it here but had to register as john123, so the fb system must have a way to link john@ebay to john123@bitcointalk.
