After talking to support, it's clear that they are ok with users using a VPN as long as they are not from a restricted country which I proved by completing level 3 verification.

I hope @zeki888 is following this thread or the Casinoguru thread about his complaint I'm sure he can easily provide this information but what I'm waiting and I'm sure many of us, is the DestinyX defense of their action of banning and withholding the withdrawals, based on their post here they have a big reasons and evidences of cheating, its interesting the judgement CasinoGuru will render in this issue.

Oh, apparently, I stand corrected. If they have a written "permission" to use VPN as long as it's not used to bypass geo-restriction, then yes, it might be a form of leniency they gave. There were indeed past cases where casinos allow the use of VPN for privacy enhancing purpose.

You might want to mention this on CG, together with a proof of ping result from https://www.whatismyip.com/ to show that you're indeed not from restricted territory and you only use VPN for privacy enhancing purpose. While we're at it, do you mind if you share the result here too? With your IP number being censored, of course. Just to cast off any doubt.

Its quite contradictory between what's on their terms and what the support says, but this is good evidence that they allow you to use a VPN, The word they use on their terms is "may" which is not absolute compared to the word "under any circumstances."
So the use of VPN is immaterial here unless the casino says that the one on their terms is the one that will stand than the one of their support says about the use of VPN.

I've submitted my complaint to CasinoGuru.

https://casinoguru-en.com/destinyx-casino-player-s-account-has-been-banned

Since i've used a VPN to play, they will probably win the case. That will not change the fact that they approved a withdrawal the day before after completing verification level 2. The next day I win big, they ask for verification level 3 which I complete. An hour later I get banned. So my account was fine the day before but now that I try to withdraw a substantial amount it's not? That's some shady practices that would never happen on Stake or Shuffle. I know because i've been playing on those sites for years.

Oh, funny and a bit unfortunate that you missed to mention this little factoid of using VPN before. It might safe us all some time. Yes, they will win the case. Even if they can't prove the account being connected on this multi-acc allegation, you still violate the ToS when you use VPN, thus justifies their ban.

Yes but then why would they approve a withdrawal the day before after the completion of level 2. Then when I win huge they request level 3 for withdrawal. Usually a casino will do this to make sure you are a legit player. I've always use a VPN when i'm on the internet and played on Shuffle and Stake for years and never had any issue after verification. They were hoping I wouldn't pass verification to have a good reason not to pay. Have you ever heard Stake not paying solely because someone used a VPN?

Because they didn't know you use VPN before? Just guessing.

About Shuffle, let me try to page their representative, notify them about a possible breach of ToS. Your account is under email address [email protected]? Thank you for this info.

And stake, maybe I have, maybe I have not. I can dig into their past cases if I have to, but I don't see why I needed that. The problem here is with this casino, not the others. You breached their ToS, of which you've agreed for its repercussion.

Thank you for granting my request to post the link of your complaint here the investigation is now rolling, don't give up yet let Casino guru decide on the merit of the case lets wait for Casinoguru's reply they have 6 days to reply to that I'm sure DestinyX is now fully aware of the complaint on CasinoGuru.

There is no common ground in cheating and gaming the system, and like I mentioned multiple times, the decision is final. But, of course you are free to do as you please, just not on the platform.

Also... cmon with the multiple accounts even here. FilipeRotinaDeSucesso, softunis, SweetL0u, zeki888.. 🥲

I'll end here, and we will wait for your chosen mediator.

Well, OP, DestinyX has called it, they choose to escalating it to a mediator. I'll suggest to try CasinoGuru where you both can present evidence to prove/disprove the multi-acc and connection to said accounts above.

The ball is in OP's hand now he should start rolling it by creating a complaint on AskGambler or Casinoguru and  ask to meditate on this case, amelia_x just accused OP of multiple accounts.

amelia_x seems confident about what she says we can't blame her platforms like casino has a tracing system to trace IP, device used and coordinates to track their users they can even trace if a user is using VPN.

If OP decided to ask for mediation I hope he will post the link here so we will see how this will end.

Zeki, who is trying to silence you?

You may go ahead and post to review sites like Casino Guru (and they can ask evidence from us). No one is stopping you, sir. I just hope other casinos don't get fraudulent players like this. That's all.

Have a great rest of the weekend!

Have a great weekend!

Interesting. Didn't you already create several threads with it? I was a bit tired earlier and just reread your message now, completely lost with key highlights prompt. My answers may be vague because... would you really like staff to post your data here as "solid proof"? Would be best you request evidence through the proper channels. ☺️ My first time encountering a player like this, there's always a first 🥲

Could you please refrain from misrepresenting the situation to make yourself look better on the forum? We both know you stopped replying after falsely claiming that exploited the flash codes and got banned. My intention was to find common ground, not to escalate the issue here.

I have submitted my complaint to CasinoGuru. While I am aware that using a VPN make it easy for them to win, it's worth trying, since they won't talk to me in private. They only enforce bans when someone wins a substantial amount and will find any reason to do so

It's best not to do it here. We have to protect the data of the individual, especially if that individual has already lost money; since you are both confident in your case and you stand by it, it is best to have a third party of your choice to mediate in your case.

Casinoguru and askgamblers are two of the best choices to mediate OP should take the initiative, hopefully you abide on the decision on the decision of your chosen mediator.

Yes I'm a staff, I misunderstood your earlier message. I thought you meant to say that I was tasked to be a representative here, which I'm not. So I can only speak or respond to this particular case. Just wanted to check this link he shared over and over (off topic, now down the rabbit hole - might take a break from reddit)... and he's not posting all screenshots, just nitpicking conversations with my handle on them 🥹 I will reply in the main thread when I'm free. But to the user zeki/felipe, I hope you can share complete convo and deposit amounts as well. Thank you. 🫥

I am willing to provide proofs and all necessary details to support my case, but my account was completely banned, likely to prevent me from presenting any evidence. Initially, my account was merely restricted from playing. However, after the provider of the blackjack games refunded my bet—demonstrating their fairness and legitimacy—my account was subsequently banned. This action conveniently prevents me from accessing my account and the relevant information. Furthermore, I was falsely informed by you Amelia, that the provider accused me of exploitation, which contradicts their refund of the bet.

Hi zeki, we both know you have not been accused of exploiting bonus codes, moreso flash codes. The reason for your suspension is (1) multi-accounting which is clearly prohibited (also, suddenly all your duplicate accounts started sending messages asking what happened simultaneously, too) and (2)
engaging in behavior that exploits our system to obtain rank-up bonuses. Upon investigation, it was a fraudulent manner to circumvent our system, to which led you to receive rank-up rewards which led you to play more - it's not even about being lucky and winning big. Cmon, you know what you were doing.

Like I mentioned, all legitimate wins are processed smoothly.  Unfortunately, your actions violate our terms and conditions.

PS, the provider did not refund your bet. It was me who advised to resolve the pending bet since your account has already been put on hold. I think that's about enough information that I can provide.

Amelia, your vague explanations and evasive responses only reinforce the perception that this is a shady operation. Here are the key points that highlight the issues at hand:

- Your reluctance to provide clear, comprehensive responses and the omission of complete conversations cast doubt on your credibility. This lack of transparency suggests that you might be hiding something.
- You claim that the provider did not refund my bet and that it was you who resolved the pending bet. Why would you do that if you mentioned to me in chat support that the provider accused me of exploitation? These contradictions undermine your statements and raise serious questions about your honesty and the integrity of your platform.
- You accuse me of multi-accounting and exploiting your system without providing concrete evidence. These are serious accusations that require solid proof, not just vague claims. Your inability to present this evidence further suggests that these accusations might be baseless.
- Banning my account and restricting my ability to present evidence appear to be intimidation tactics to silence me and avoid accountability. This is not how a legitimate, fair casino operates.

If all legitimate wins are processed smoothly, as you mentioned, then why was my account banned after a bet was refunded? This suggests that the issue lies not with my actions but with the platform’s response to my legitimate wins.

Given these points, I will be taking this matter to Casino Guru and ensuring that everyone knows about these dubious practices. Transparency, fairness, and integrity are crucial in the gambling industry, and your actions have demonstrated a severe lack of all three. This will not go unnoticed.

Hi, you can "reply" to a user by pressing the "quote" button on the post you're trying to address. For the two other cases, it's DestinyX.com Casino - SCAM ALERT by softunis and DestinyX.com is a SCAM (FinBlox Xprotocol) by FilipeRotinaDeSucesso. I hope you can address both and clear these matters.

Rest assured that the people of the forum who oversee these cases are standing on neutral ground and very objective.

If I may add, what's needed to "verify" that you're from the casino is for the account DestinyX to made a post mentioning and confirming that you're indeed part of them that's tasked to be their representative.

Like this, test. Thanks. Well, to make it clear I wasn't asked to be a representative. I was just curious because I'm the support who was in touch with the said player and he sent me a link to this. So of course I could leave it alone, but I feel that this post is very one-sided. And perhaps other casinos may have also experienced these types of players.

Not sure how to verify, I haven't checked with the team yet regarding the main account. Seems old Sad if someone can email our official support address at [email protected] to get confirmation that I'm not a troll.

PS how do I tag a user here when I reply on the main thread shared earlier? zeki and filipe seem to be the same person. Hmm 🥲

Yep, you do it right. Nicely done.

To be clear, you're not their... staff? But you're one of their chat live support team who handled the user and got curious so you decided to take a step further by creating an account here?

About tagging a user, one of the forum member [we're kinda helping each other building and supplementing the forum here] developed a telegram notifier bot where you'll get notified when your username being mentioned, but I doubt both user uses that tg bot. I think best way to approach them is to address each of them on their respective thread.

I don't know how to reply to a user, but for holy darkness, can you share the different threads by different users? Since I only handled 1 case by this player. It could be also multi-accounting here if it's the same issue, but I'll just stick to one here if you don't mind. 🥲 Ok till next time.

Now you accusing me of making multi-accounts on BTC Talk?

I want to clarify the situation and provide a factual account of the events.

Firstly, I have been accused of exploiting bonus codes. However, I met the necessary wagering requirements to claim the flash codes available on Discord and Telegram. My winning streak started with a successful game of dice, followed by a significant win on slots. I acknowledge that the original games, including dice and hi-lo, are extremely buggy. For instance, hi-lo caps at 20x but allows continuous play, and card placements are often incorrect. Despite these issues, I managed to win some money on dice, which I subsequently used to play blackjack and slots. During a game of blackjack, I doubled my bet, and the game crashed. When I reported this to support, they accused me of exploiting the bonus code. Even the provider allegedly claimed exploitation, which is unfounded as they refunded the crashed hand, resulting in a $4,000 balance in my account. Following this, my account was closed, seemingly to hide the evidence. Fortunately, I recorded some of the incidents.

I attempted to resolve this issue amicably by proposing a common ground, but the casino has not provided any explanation. When I won $9,000 on the slot game "Dead or a Wild" and attempted to cash out $12,000, I had already completed level 2 verification, which was requested when I withdrew $200 previously. However, they then demanded proof of address for the withdrawal. Despite providing the necessary documentation, it seems their intent was to delay the process, hoping I would play and lose the money. Upon successfully completing level 3 verification, which is system-controlled and verifies legitimate documents, the only recourse left for the casino was to close my account to avoid paying out.

This situation is highly unfair. I am open to discussing and settling this matter, but if the casino remains uncooperative, I have no choice but to expose these shady practices. I have been a player on Stake and Shuffle for years and never had any issues

Hmm 🥲

Yes, I'm an asshole
I don't know how to reply to a user, but for holy darkness, can you share the different threads by different users? Since I only handled 1 case by this player. It could be also multi-accounting here if it's the same issue, but I'll just stick to one here if you don't mind. 🥲 Ok till next time.

Hello,

Sorry I'm not familiar with the main account. This is a new account I created. What is Ann thread? The player simply sent me a link to this post. It wouldn't be right or ethical to post a photo of his message to support, perhaps unless he posts it. I just thought I would point out some details to respond to his "unjust" accusations.

To get you started addressing this issue this the main account and the announcement of your casino here in this forum DestinyX.com | Where Fun Meets Betting, Gaming, and Crypto!

You should contact your head to check about the guy who open that thread, its a good move on the part of your casino to address this issue I hope things will be settled in the coming weeks because not giving satisfactory answers to this accusations will eventually lead to your casino getting a bad reputation in the gambling community and this will also become a reference in the internet on the status of DestinyX casino.

Hi all. Newbie here. My name is Amelia and I'm the support who handled this case. This player has sent me a message the other day to reply to him in 2 hours threatening before he posts. I'm not familiar with the forum but went ahead and signed up. Thanks for the intro, I think I would spend much time reading here now. It's cool.

Anyway, If we are talking about evidence for this player's gaming the system and multi-accounting, I will try my best to give a detailed explanation. There are always 2 sides to the story. And please, post the deposit amounts. I'll come back next week, need to take screen time off.

What happened to your main account? Why don’t you reply to the thread from the account we all know is associated with the site? Or if you don’t want to  It would still  be great if we could get  the account that created the Ann thread to come here and confirm that this account belongs to them because from the way you’re sounding I doubt you have anything do with the site and probably just here to troll, but if I’m wrong a single statement from @destinyx.com can make everyone believe you.

They are known scammers, i'm not surprised.

Actually, I find it quite curious that I've never heard of them before [and I believe most of us here too] and suddenly there are three different threads by three different users complaining at the same time. On different boards. Not saying that they're invalid, it's too soon to determine that as we apparently currently only have too few of the pieces of puzzle, just... interesting.

Hi, I am currently having an issue with my ISP the entire day that access to several sites are unavailable for me, so I can't check your video proof myself, but I read on their ANN thread that khaled0111 said one of their allegation toward banning your account is "farming wagers for rank-up bonus rewards”.

I have no intention do doubting him at all, but I'd like to see if I can understand the situation better. And given I am currently very limited and can't access your video proof myself, can you perhaps give us a screenshot of this part of the conversation [preferably uploaded to talkimg, as even though imgbb works and I can access them, it crawled at snail pace]?

First time though that I have heard this casino, and they have their ANN thread here and it seems that you already posted your issue with them.

But the thing is that their official representative or perhaps the owner was not active here and last login was like two months ago.

In any case, I'm not seeing how they will respond to you here, but it's good that you have warned the community about this casino. Perhaps you can go to Casino Guru or AskGamblers, as a independent 3rd party and will act as a mediator.

Hello BTC Talk Community,

Issue: Account Banned and Withheld Winnings
Money Withheld: 3996.01 USDT
Account Verification: Level 3
Number of Deposits: 7

This is my first post, but I've been a long-time member of this community, observing and learning. I haven't felt the need to post until now because of the seriousness of the situation I encountered with DestinyX Casino. I believe I have been unjustly banned from their platform, and I want to warn others who might face similar issues. Here’s a detailed account of what happened:

I have been a regular user of DestinyX Casino, and I had verified my account to level 3 which is the highest verification on their platform which includes proof of address. I deposited on July 17th and played various games, including dice, blackjack and slots. Over time, I managed to win a significant amount, including 9,000 USDT from a slot game called "Wanted Dead or a Wild" by Hacksaw Gaming.

On July 17, 2024, I contacted DestinyX support regarding a withdrawal that was taking longer than usual. I also mentioned that my game got stuck while I was playing blackjack with a large amount. Despite my repeated attempts to get a response, I was met with silence for hours. Here’s a snippet of our chat log:

10:29 PM | [email protected]: I need help with something else
10:29 PM | DestinyX: No problem! In case we get disconnected, could you please provide your email address?
10:32 PM | DestinyX: Can you tell us a little bit about what you need help with? Provide any screenshots that will help us understand it better.
10:32 PM | [email protected]: Hello, how long until withdrawal is processed? Been waiting
10:32 PM | DestinyX: Thank you. If you have any further messages, feel free to add below. We'll connect you with our team as soon as possible.
10:32 PM | DestinyX: The team will get back to you on this, our usual reply time is under 30 minutes. You'll get replies here and to [email protected].
02:38 AM | [email protected]: https://destinyx.com/games/blackjack
02:39 AM | [email protected]: My game is stuck I was playing a big amount
02:39 AM | [email protected]: Why is no one answering me
06:34 AM | [email protected]: Anyone?
12:27 PM | Amelia from DestinyX: Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us. Following a thorough review, we have determined that your account has been suspended due to a violation of our policies concerning the creation of multiple accounts and exploiting games. Such actions undermine the integrity and fairness of our platform, and we take these matters very seriously to ensure a positive experience for all users. Please note that this decision is deemed final.

I have made several deposits on this platform, and the bonuses that I supposedly abused are the flash codes that DestinyX gives on their Telegram and Discord. These codes are intended for users to play with, and I met the wager requirements to claim those bonuses. Despite providing video evidence and clear explanations, DestinyX has refused to lift the ban. Their final response claimed that my account was flagged for “farming wagers for rank-up bonus rewards,” which I firmly deny. I've been cheated and wronged by DestinyX. I want to warn others in the community about their unfair practices. If you have had similar experiences or any advice on how to proceed, please share. I am considering taking this matter to every possible review site and forum to make others aware.
