There real nothing much that can be done to help you recover that money. You might end up spending a lot of money trying to track them and having them arrested, that if you are even lucky that they aren't operating anonymously.

Is there a way for me to post a screen shot of what happened? I was contacting there support, which they havent been giving me replys, and now I log back in and come to see my account is now forbidden #43 “acount had been banned for 99999999days Reason: User too Annoying, access to the exchange will be opened by 6068 days, after this time all the functions of the exchange will be available” what in the world is this, like I have read all the commenys given to me, i am grateful for it, but seeing that kind of thing just pisses me off more, is there anyway for me to open up s case or something to that site this isnt right.

You definitely got scammed. No legit site asks you to first make a deposited in order to get 'verified' or have your account 'activated'. The most common way of account verification among legit sites is by providing your personal KYC documents or clicking on activation links sent to your email address or SMS.

The scam trick to make a deposit first to have your account verified is quite common these days. Forget about the money you sent to them.

The site one of a family of copy/paste/change Brand name   type of crap sites. I.e.:
These sites tend to be scam sites, that lure you in, and then upgrade their game by asking you to make additional deposits in order to withdraw (quite a contradiction there, but people still fall for it). They run a few sites such as the above, rebrand and respam their media channels when necessary, and go on for a while luring people into their baited trap.

This site is very poor SEO, even you type "detacrypt" on google search... the result is decrypt (article website) it mean no one use it and not popular.

There's no legit sites will make you waiting until 10 days for withdrawal/verify except your account under investigation/suspicious/etc and asking to deposit first for verify an account, of course it's a scam site. Lesson learned don't trust anyone, verify first.

Hi i am new to this cryptocurrency world, 3 weeks ago, due to some transaction with one person, i was going to sell my CSGO items which i needed cash, but he suggested the site called Detacrypt has easy withdrawal method and I had no idea about it, so i started getting on that site registered my way, and there was something weird because you had to deposit a amount to verify yourself, so as I am new and desperate to get my withdrawals i did deposit, and got myself verified, its been 10 days right now im still waiting for my withdrawal to happen and the status of my withdrawal is Pending, im writing a topic about this is whether this site is a scam or maybe someone here knows about the site, because I cant seem to find some answers on google because the site is still new, not only that whenever you contct customer support of their site they only talk about getting the premium status of theirs which will cost you 0.05BTC, if you wont get you have to wait until it does happen, I know price of btc has dropped alot, and some people would withdraw money before it drops more, and its causing traffic, but is it usually this long for this withdrawal to happen? BTC to BTC transfer or Fiat to card has the same withdrawal time frame im still waiting and it will be my 11th day waiting can someone please give me a answer to this post?
