You right 100% premine or ICO is fine so long as the Dev is trusted and does not dump as soon as the coon hits the exchange. It is always a chance you take since you never know a Devs true intentions till its too pate and you sat with a bag filled with nothing. Leaving bagholders empty handed. It is no way to run a coin.
