It's nothing but a joke. But it would have to be a blockchain because the low transaction rate is an important aspect of the meme.Also obvious: It's not going to be useful for anything other than entertainment.

Also please post any ideas what can be done in this blockchain that would be horrible to do in a blockchain that people put capital into.
