I can update OpenSSL, and build for Linux (possibly Windows as well), and try to do some of the other fixes, but I cannot accept unic as compensation. Would you be willing to pay in Bitcoin or Litecoin?
I am looking for a dev who will service the UNIC wallet in the following way:
Update OpenSSL for heartbleed
Add checkpoint
Build for Windows
Make sure it compiles for Linux
Build for Mac
Check to see if it is an easy fix why it does not give special rewards on blocks divisible by 16, as it was advertised in OP.
