I am curious why did you pick to download the older software?

As for mcxnow, 'Devcoin - minimum deposit: 100.0 DVC - withdraw fee: 50.0 DVC - confirmations needed: 3'. So your 10 coins deposit was definitely below the minimum.

Ahh, gotcha. I picked this client simply because it was there. I will update it now. Can I change the address in my devtome page and it be fine?

You should be able to keep your wallet.dat and keep the same address. If not, or you already overwrote your old one, then I think you need to let unthinkingbit know also if you need to change your address.

Ok my bad on the MXC exchange... is a good exchange and needs more support on there,

twobits was asking, same as I was venting my frustration, on WHERE you saw the link to the old client?? did u see it on a thread in here? on devtome?? on devcoin.org or another site etc??

Really important that old client download is removed... have helped over 50 people myself now move off the old client to the new one.. and STILL more people getting the old client. Is just very annoying and repetitive for us to explain same thing over and over again. Not ur fault, but u can help us isolate the cause of the problem

Devcoin is in such high denomination trade value against BTC that some sites have a minimum withdraw / deposit of dvc that may be 100 or higher.

I thought MXC was stopping support for DVC on the exchange?? this will mean no deposits will work anymore.

Seen this too many times now.... remove the old devcoin client for starters

Step 1: download this wallet https://www.box.com/s/crfmuuhe0f32w5g4nt4i (take it you are on windows??)
Step 2: backup your wallet.dat file
Step 3: remove all devcoin client instances and blockchains
Step 4: install https://app.box.com/s/crfmuuhe0f32w5g4nt4i
Step 5: replace your wallet.dat file in %AppData%>devcoin
Step 6: Start devcoin client and let blockchain sync.... you should see your dvc transactions show up for ur 11 DVC... it will come and go as it is send out of the wallet.

Ok that should fix ur client.
