Your article is so misleading. In fact, most of the points are "Fiction"

1. The so called DExs can also get monitored, regulated, siezed by Regulatory authorities. Read this - SEC Charges EtherDelta Founder With Operating an Unregistered Exchange

2. DEXS also suffer hacks and DNS hijacks. Just google search, and you will see lots of news articles about this.
In terms of reliability, they also suffer DDoS attacks just like CExs

Any idea which DEX offers trades for XMR?
None as far as I know. These so called "DEXs" can only support their respective coins, and their respective tokens(ETH and ERC20, TRX and TRC20, etc). While wrapped/synthetic coins exist, as far as I know bitcoin is the only coin being used(WBTC/renBTC).

Thanks. I'm still pretty noobish to all this.

Any idea which DEX offers trades for XMR?

I realize XMR is what bitcoin was supposed to be, or intended to be.

independent from government requirements, regulations, and monitoring.

Lol this is not true at all. Remember EtherDelta and IDEX? Both required KYC. It just shows that these so called "DEX" platforms aren't really "decentralized exchanges". They're mostly just trustless/non-custodial but definitely not decentralized.

Hello, have you already shifted into trading on decentralized exchanges?

If you are a newbie and doesn't know much about DEX and how it differs from CEX, you can read this article and learn more Smiley
