Hi Malooka, DGEX has nothing to do with "the coin" itself. You can contact the owner of DGEX here on Bitcointalk: GCInc.
Hope you can get that issue resolved (I never had any problems with them).
I tried to transfer a few hundred NXT to another account on DGEX - but didn't get the "token" so the transfer didn't go through. Now the NXT are gone, the "Contact" function on the website doesn't work, and [email protected] won't respond to email.
This coin sure is a hassle. Don't try to transfer to another DGEX account - it appears they just steal your coins and ignore your emails.
