1. Read the magstripe of the card at home.
2. Encrypt and upload it to internet.
3. Erase the original card.
4. Write this to the original card:
Track1:
Code:
%B6666666666666666^MYSTERY/MINER^13106666666666666666?
Track2:
Code:
;6666666666666666=13106666666666666666?
5. Laugh at controlfags when they scan the card.
6. Get to destination, download the original and write ir back to card.

Additional steps require making sector by sector image of the harddrive and uploading it to internet too. Encrypting and taking and writing down the checksums of the image is good idea also. Then use DBAN to erase the harddrive. You cross border with blank harddrive.

Damn fine advice.

Travelers leaving or entering the United States have long had to declare aggregated cash and other monetary instruments exceeding $10,000. Now, under a proposed amendment to the Bank Secrecy Act, FinCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network) will also require travelers to declare the value of prepaid cards that they are carrying, known now as “tangible prepaid access devices.”
