You can't get an online trading platform that will allow you trade such sum of money without passing KYC in order not to infringe the Anti Money Laundering (AML) law. It will be better if you can look for a buy within your local territory to deal.

I am looking for a way to acquire a real ruby and a diamond with my cryptocurrency, I searched on bitcointalk unfortunately I can't find :-(, most sites ask for kyc since the value is more than 10000€. A person sell? P2P without any KYC is confidential shipment without customs tax

Can't you get one locally? You will only find more scammers in the country you live in. Without KYC you will not get a good diamond ruby.

Can't you get one locally? Which country do you live in? You will only find scammers here.

In France. No local merchant accepts payment in crypto in the surrounding area, moreover they risk asking for proof :-(.

Bitdials = KYC requirement I do not want to do KYC. Here is what I am looking for approximately: https://www.bitdials.eu/products/buy-original-certified-gia-diamond-2-01-1133689676-with-bitcoin-btc-monero-xmr-ether-eth-crypto-coins

with certificate of authenticity

Afterwards I can always buy on different forms of purity and grade color

For the ruby a beautiful one of about 1.50 carats (Pigeon blood) I also accept in other forms.

I saw that it's hard today to find someone to trust.

I personally think you would be better off using an exchange to sell your crypto and purchase whatever stones you're looking for locally from a reputable dealer.  That would likely be the cheaper route than having to pay someone on the internet to send you a stone.  That will leave you paying escrow fees, shipping fees, a fee to whoever is willing to do this for you, and then you're also taking a great deal of added risk as the person sending you the stone will likely not be as knowledgeable as you or they could be outright scammers that will waste your time, escrow fees and leave you wishing you had never been involved.

This is the point, I can't think of how you can find a random person on the internet who is likely to get you a foreigner and will complete the transaction smoothly (unless you are familiar with this method). Moreover buying items like diamonds will not be enough to verify authenticity with just a photo, and vice versa the seller will also be suspicious in the first place.
