You are very unlikely to be able to find this kind of game IMO, 99% is already a very high RTP, not offered by many casinos or providers as far as I know. You only can reach such RTP thanks to bonus, promotions, or contest rewards. The only game I know offering RTP higher than 99% basically is Blackjack.

I'm sorry but I think it is. When it comes to House Edge, I think that even a tiny decrease or increase on it can mean a lot already or we can say that it is a game changer. Also, I think it wasn't the House Edge is the ones that is the loser here or will continue to be a loser as you said because House Edge is an ally of the casino owner. It is known that they always win, especially in the long run that the gamblers are playing.

Even with what I've said earlier, there are still better games than Slots that already has a default lower House Edge if we want to make money but there is still a better advice than it, and that is to not see gambling as a money-making machine.

This is true. There’s no such casino that will still be profitable in the long run for offering a house edge that almost zero. They have monthly expenses while they are just relying for players to end up in lose rather than have a fixed gain on every bet made by players regardless of the result.

I remember safedice and other dice site that offer house edge free games but all of them didn’t last long and even the popular dice site is now forced to higher house edge due to the promo they attached on wagering.

If I have to give you an advice, I should advice you a reputable crypto casino. Sadly, there is none that's famous and also has lower than 1% house edge, 1% is the standard in this industry and particularly in dice.

Yeah, I still remember this dice site; it was one of the earliest in the crypto space. Not only could you see the house edge, but you could also easily invest with them, allowing you to invest or divest anytime. Then there was Yolodice, but these sites aren’t around anymore. I heard Safedice ended up scamming gamblers when they exited, so it’s really important to consider the reputation of the casino first before looking at the house edge. I think on dice, the standard is 1%, as that’s the percentage we see in most reputable casinos. There are probably some casinos offering lower odds, but since it’s not standard, you’re right, the risk is high, and as a gambler, you might face problems withdrawing your money in the future.

this promotion is only for dice games(just in case someone thinks it's for every game). also, the last time I checked their VIP membership, their promotion for VIP members regarding house edge was 0.8% which is probably the lowest house edge the gamblers in their casino can get. as for the 0.4%, I don't remember reading it there the last time I checked so they probably have updated their VIP membership.

If I remember correctly, Moneypot.com has a dice game with a progressive house edge that starts from 0 and goes high but at the moment I checked and website is under construction.
Btw I have only seen 0% house edge on decentralized casinos that work via smart contracts but they are very rare, I don't even know any trustworthy casino that offers 0% house edge on dice game. 1% is the standard in this business.
P.S. sometimes some casinos have happy hours and offer reduced house edge. If I remember, crypto.games and Bitsler were doing that often.

Stake could exclude users from wagering for their VIP levels through dice. Put it simply, don't count dice wagers, problem solved.

Yep, and decentralized because there's no casino in the world that would take that kind of risk with such a low edge. Edge is the mathematical proof for casinos to make profit. Lower the edge is, more likely there will be scenarios that those casinos will be losing money. And while technically lower than 1% is still an edge, and in time you would make profit, there's still a change that people make high stake bets and win majority of the time for a long time. So those casinos would need to have huge vaults of money, and there's a reason that huge centralized casinos don't use that edge, even if it would bring more players.

Probably new casinos offer lower than 1%, but the risk is on you.
