@DarkStar_We've started
Dice.Deals as a beer project at one of our local crypto meetups. The idea was few people to try all sites on it's own and then to share what we've found.
Ratings are based completely on our own experience, but we will change it accordingly to the community response. That's the idea of wanting feedback. The commission is not a factor. If we follow your logic on rating purely on commission, BCgame should be in 1st place.
Customer Service is not just support answering speed. It's how often you need to contact support, do they really solve your problem or needed to escalate it. In 90% of cases, we didn't have any issues and was bombing the support with common questions to see how fast they are. Indeed, BitDice responded very fast. But with BitDice one of use had uncredited deposit after many confirmations and this took BitDice sometime to resolve it.
We are open to every feedback, especially from a well-respected member like you. Rating will change over time, based on community feedback.
@BigBoy89Thank you, I will check now why there are empty sections and we will test wolfbet and others.
@tomal1003Wixiplay currently have one of the best dice promotions ever - 25% cashback! They deserve even a higher ranking but will wait for some more feedback.
Primedice 'bigger brother' Stake is currently 1st.
@HaunebuFor us, Stake offers 24/7 LIVE support and many games without the need to move your coins! E.g. saving you withdraw fees, time and more. As I said - Rating will change over time, based on community feedback.
@TimeTellerWe are trying to be as objective as we can, currently based on our own experience. Every site is paying affiliate commissions. We just prefer to state it.
As I said - Rating will change over time, based on community feedback. Windice is scheduled for test.
@slaman29Thank you, we will constantly improving our site. Currently working on sportsbooks testing.
Duckdice offers some quite unique game experience as tic-tac-toe faucet battles, almost every coin exchange and more.
@CoolcryptovatorWhat do you mean by being more professional? What tests do you want to see in a site like
Dice.Deals?
@AmoreJazOf course, every person needs to make it's own checks and due diligence.
