If you don't see a license in a casino don't dare to Stop there for a single moment.
Moreover ask them about their bankroll and if possible a signed message from the cold storage wallet that is holding the funds.

Dicedice started the project in a very bad way by changing rules on free bonus. It does not look good at all because there is a high chance that they will change rules anytime they wish for their own good.
