Updated yesterday. My activity is 42 but my posts are 62. So you see how it maxes out each 2 weeks.
For me, do I have to make a 14 posts before 2 weeks complete before I can update or a higher post more than 14 in 2 weeks.
You cant get higher than 14 as far as I understood this opening sticky

In there it clearly says maximum +14 in 2 weeks time. So you could post hundreds and still get 14, or post 14 and get 14. Up to you

It depends when you made you account. activity updates every 2 weeks, so it's not instant.
updates was happened yesterday.. for you to update your activities be sure to atleast have 1 post in that day then after a few minutes try to go to your profile and you will see the activity is changed .. if you will not post anything you will not receive an update on your activity i was waiting for that last 2 weeks and it happened to me so this is just a pure advise as we are on both trend right ?
I want to ask if you all gus experienced updates? and I counted that evry 2 weeks updates is going to happen but nothing at my account?
