Apart from what above posters said, noobies "running" an exchange are going to face times where they need to cover expenses but don't have the funds to do so. What's the easiest way to cover expenses then? Right, take a cut out of people's funds they trusted you with. Or what if you need money in your personal life?

People who haven't dealt with large sums of money shouldn't event attempt to do so. It creates problems.

Worst idea, seriously you want to run a exchange, but then you are not willing to invest on it and just by simply buying a ready made script? Go have some capital first and then find reputable and good developers around the community to help you out. Don't make any shortcuts here, at the end, you don't know, maybe those scripts have backdoors as @OmegaStarScream says.

I wouldn't suggest them, check this scam accusation: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/beware-of-these-2-projects-zabtechnologiesnet-and-coinsclonecom-5110287

It's also worth mentioning that If you're planning to run an exchange, it's much better to code it yourself or hire developers and security experts to do because even If the website you're buying from is legit, you could never tell if its poorly coded or contain backdoors as you don't have the necessary knowledge.
