I think the lesson here is (a) prepare some answers, and (b) never agree to do interviews that are going to be edited. Anyone can make you look a fool if they can edit out your "best bits"

I think what's most important for entities like CNBC is to maintain the status quo. And for people to look as good as they can so they can keep selling whatever they're selling. Being open minded does not come easy to most people (it's something I've had to work on).

I don't see much of an attack rather what I saw was lack of knowledge.
When he was asked about holding a bitcoin for a year or two what he should have suggested was a paper wallet at least, not storing on websites (inputs.io anyone).

based on this video, what was wrong with that? he handled himself just fine and there wasn't too much of an attack.

I'm a bit worried if the owner of China's largest bitcoin trading platform doesn't know the benefits of bitcoin ..... sure he'll be better prepared next time though. There's only so many questions even CNBC can ask to "trap" you. Just prepare reasonable answers for them.

It was not. He could not directly answer a lot of the questions that were presented to him. He kept dodging. Honestly, it seemed like he was a total space cadet. Hopefully, he was just nervous by being on TV.
