I heard that on January 15 they said that in two weeks they would be opening the market for ignis if this is true I do not know, but it seems to be and it has this too:

What we have left is wait and meanwhile the price is falling and when bittrex give ignis, it will be a big dump. so many people want to recover their losses with ignis that I wonder if I should insure or should I sell too
