Is't the situation get more difficult for newbies to survive.
It is not difficult for Newbie or you in this forum to do anything, especially in sales.

On the grounds that the forum has rules that must be run, for the good of other communities in general.
Rules apply in all sectors.

You say you have read the rules many times, however, you do not understand the contents of the rules, your account is new, what you need to do before trading and selling is:

• Point one: that you do before making a sale.

Post: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/banned-services-5173486
- Be vouched for by someone from one of the above two categories.

What these two points can make you better understand what you have to do, forget about red paint, it can be removed if you have done these two points honestly, there is no element of fraud.

Note:
Whoever is here, you, me and other communities do not want to be trapped like the case below:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/be-careful-with-this-account-5305616

That's what you need to do to these two points before making a sale on this forum as a Newbie.
You are more secure and trusted by many people.

All right this is understandable. But as a newbie rank and already there are 4 big banners of SCAM ALERT on first post how even someone would like to trade with a newbie who is already get flagged by high rank member and 1 bad trust
Is't the situation get more difficult for newbies to survive.

First of all, no sane person will believe you're a Newbie here. The Bitcointalk forum is a community. How does one approach a new community? They will certainly not start offering their products / services out of the blue the moment they register.
You are probably someone's alt account which means that:
- you have a suspicious history here and are hiding behind a newly created account,
- you have bad intentions so you don't want to risk a neg. trust on your main account.

Of course, no one can confirm this with certainty, but older members have the right to express their opinion and thus warn other members of potential threats.
If you are honest in your intentions, spend some time in this community first. Try to contribute something constructive and gain at least some reputation. Then you can start offering your services and no one will tag you.

Don't need to worry, you can updated your thread with "accepting escrow or Bitify" and use it (as @hugeblack) mentioned above, it will show you could be trusted since you can't scam anyone if use escrow with trusted member here.

Until you traded with several customer successfully, you can associated with @anonymousminer to remove the tag and post since you're proving that you're not a scammer.

Good luck.

You are wrong and collided with the forum rules below.

Selling invites is allowed, but there are some restrictions in order to prevent people from selling accounts and invites obtained through hacking. In order to sell invites or accounts to invite-only sites, you must:
- Have some history here, with more history being required for trades of invites/accounts in bulk. Or,
- Have substantial history on reputable invite trading forums such as torrentinvites.org which prohibit selling hacked accounts. Or,
- Be vouched for by someone from one of the above two categories.

Based on the above rules, it is natural that @anonymousminer does not trust you, you are considered vulnerable to hacking and fraud.

what you have to do first is:
• must have a sales history first here, do not immediately trade with a new account, after you register.
• if you sell en masse, you must have a good reputation first with other members here, then only then can you trade with forum rules (Escrow).

The point: assuming other members, for you may be prone to fraud, so @anonymousminer is not wrong because he is experienced in this matter.
So naturally he warns you with a red mark on your account profile.

Forum rules and forum trust system works a different way. You have posted an off-site link from where many users have scammed. So that user who left feedback thinks it's quite a risk to deal with you. Either we don't agree or not with it, forum moderation could do anything with it. The forum isn't really to advertise your product, it's for a discussion forum. But that forum allowed you to sell your product. If in case someone gets a scam from you or from the provided link then who will be responsible? So, we can't say feedback is totally wrong. I think this thread is more fit into the reputation thread.

Do not worry about ruining your opportunity to market your product. Often people avoid reading the comments if you use escrow, whether trusted members of the forum or Bitify.com.
Remove that link (Shoppy.gg) and add a Bitify link with the ability to send money first to trusted members or use Bitcointalk escrow, and you will find some interaction.
When you prove that you are reliable then you can sell things without restrictions.

Allright, i can understand i am newbie but by post big banner on my post is going to damage my sale.
The feedback left for you is a tad bit harsh IMO, but I certainly understand the reason for it--someone on telegram was trying to impersonate me the other day and apparently managed to scam a member who thought he was dealing with me and didn't verify the telegram person's identity.

When you register here with the intention to do business, it's kind of a community expectation that you conduct the business here, instead of luring potential suckers away from the site.  That way at least there's a public trail of evidence in case something goes wrong and a scam accusation needs to be made.  A lot of scams have been pulled off by doing exactly what you did (though I'm not saying you're a scammer, perhaps just new and not aware of how things are done here).

You can always create a new account and start over.

I am willing to go first with any high rank forum member.

First off, I think this thread is in the wrong section, it should probably be moved to the Reputation board.  You can move it yourself, there's a button at the bottom, left hand side of the page.

Second, anonymousminer (like most of us) is very suspicious off-site sales links.  These are very commonly used by scammers, who use new accounts to spread their links around the forum to lure unsuspecting victims.

Your suggestion to send to a reputed member first may help you.  Giving out a "vouch" copy or two may also help.  The trouble is with your type of sale one key can be good and the next could be a scam, no one really knows.  The best thing for you to do is sell your keys here, doing the whole transaction through the forum without employing off-site sales links.  But that doesn't guarantee that it's not scam, nor does it mean you'll get any sales.

This doesn't mean you wouldn't scam with your autobuy links or via telegram.

I have very little sympathy for those who use this forum as a link farm. Pay for Google ads if that's what you need. As it stands now, you're getting a free ad here, you're complaining about someone posting a legitimate warning, and if anything goes wrong with your product/service the victim would complain about getting scammed via Bitcointalk. All negatives with zero upside for the forum.

I don't if you are offering a legal service or not; but the tag isn't a good one of course and you don't deserve that in my opinion. Since, forum don't moderate the trust system, you can move the thread in reputation section and discuss with others what they think about the tag.

You were not breaking any rule however the user anonymousminer thinks you may scam the forum users. For this reason he made that alert post. This has nothing with the forum rule.

Scams are not moderated here, so even if you are a scammer so you likely will get tagged but there will be no restriction for you to post/sell anything here if you can convince someone to buy them.

But there are DT members who are here to give warning about scammers/ potential scammer and it is their personal opinion about members with valid reference if possible.
