Well, the fact that you created it on a non secured computer already makes it unsecure. If you want to create a safe paper wallet refer to this thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/howto-create-a-100-secure-wallet-17240 . You can however use a little different methods, like instead of the bitcoin client mentioned there you can download the Bitaddress site and use the offline version for offline paper wallet generation and print it. Don't quote me on that, however.

What if block chain run away with the money?
I know the rule is "never trust anyone completely", but I can say with a pretty high degree of certainty that this will never happen.

Sorry for not answering your main question - I'll leave that to somebody more qualified.

Hello , I made a wallet on blockchain and I printed the paper wallet. Is this money 100% safe now? I got 15coins on it wich I want to put in my banks safe.
Is this 100% offline? What if block chain run away with the money? (I want to be as safe as possible).
Hope someone can help me out Smiley. Never want to lose this beautiful coins.
