I suppose that it is impossible so the possibility of your own losing is much higher, check everything and I am sure you will find the mistake there of course.

It is impossible I think because crypto could not make a mistake and a person do. Check everything one more time and I consider you will find the problem.

It is written all the way in myetherwallet and other wallets that you need to be extremely careful with the money because it is very easy to missunderstand some things and aspects, and as result to lose your money.

Successful blockchain transactions  are irreversible but this transaction definitely failed due to an 'out of gas' error during the execution. I don't think the Ether left your wallet at all though cos it doesn't leave...

If it did leave and didn't arrive at it's destination, then I'd advise you don't hope for it again cos I see it's over 85days and that's too long a time for a change to happen in blockchain right now... Sorry

Ethereum could not just dissapear.  Taken into account that transaction was canceled,  Ethereum should be already in your wallet. But it looks like balance still not recovered,  this is strange. Wait little bit more.

I send to poloniex deposit address. I know I am not credited by poloniex. Whether the money goes back to jaxx or not is beyond me. Jaxx reports 1 eth is gone.

Where is the ETH? On the original address or stuck in poloniex address?

Failed,  meaning the transaction does not completed, and the balance is obviously left in your wallet, since you are using a exchange wallet, it is not shows there.  It is a obviouly scam from the exchange site that you use, therefore some  of the ico projects didnt recommend to send a payment from exchange sites,  it is prone to lost elsewhere. This kind of failure is not revisable.

The transaction is for 1 ETH and the status is failed.

So will the money return or what?

I sent that to polo and I don't get credited there. The 1 ETH is taken from my jaxx balance. I am not sure. It looks like it.

Since it's failed it never charged you . Maybe gas price charged but not the amount you are trying to send. Check your balance again it should be there since it was failed or similar to cancelled .

It appears you've sent it to a contract address not an exchange wallet address

You could try creating a support ticket on Poloniex and ask them if they can assist with solving this

I think you don't lose your eth. because there is a cancellation there is nothing out of your wallet.
if you want to send eth for investment it is better to ask for an explanation from the project so that you do not misplace and lose your money dude.

I think 1ETH is currently in your original wallet.
Don't worry about it, I found out yesterday you sent ETH to other address.

Transaction is failed and the amount it is showing cancelled. It will return to your original wallet address it has already happened with me. So Don't worry.

That's true, in the TXhash transaction failed and canceled. It was not sent so nothing came out of your wallet. Check your wallet again.

Transaction is failed and the amount it is showing cancelled. It will return to your original wallet address as It has not gone out of your wallet. cancellation may be due to not enough gas to complete the transaction. It has already happened with me. So Don't worry your ethereum is safe.

What! Did you send to an ICO platform? As I know, some ICO platform would rather have you send from an erc20 wallet and the strongly advise not to send from an exchange or it will be lost. You mentioned poloniex... and if it be you sent to a platform like that, then I'm afraid it's lost.
