Did NordVPN remove dedicated IPs for normal subscriptions?

- I had OpenVPN but since I had VPN protocol automated option set to "on", it changed ^{[after upgrading to the latest version]} to NordLynx and thanks to your findings, I changed it to UDP and got everything back.

It seems they remove it according to their FAQ under "How can I get a dedicated IP address?"
You will need to pay for an extra fee for dedicated IP addresses and you must contact them through email.

After updating mine to NordVPN 6.32.15.0 version, I lost "Dedicated IP option under Speciality servers ^{[I'm limited to only P2P]}".

Did I miss something or they really removed this option for normal subscriptions?
I do know they're also offering "stand-alone dedicated IPs for $70.00 per year" but that's a bit pricey.
Does anyone know another VPN provider that's trusted enough and has that option with a reasonable price that I could pay using BTCitcoin?
