What's the point of paying to have the ability to edit posts?
Well, you cannot prevent spammer who create account onwiki then come here to request permissions, but we can surely prevent spambots.

You pay to edit wiki pages, but that's just to prevent spam. You don't need to pay, you can just ask directly. We don't care about the money.

Hello,

on
https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Special:CryptoPayment

is written for my account:

"In order to be able to edit pages on this wiki, you will need to send a payment of at least 0.001 BTC to
[...]
To receive editing rights, you will need to send 0.001 BTC to "

First, I sent to that address 0.002 BTC, it is also confirmed in the blockchain, but nothing happened in days.

Then I doubted if maybe the amount would have to be exactly 0.001 BTC (in opposite of the above statement), so I transfered 0.001 BTC to the mentioned BTC address.

But also that transaction got confirmed, and nothing happened.
