I, my self went around in circles with several Tiger Direct customer service departments. They did tell me to call Bit Coin. Apparently have to manually review Bitcoin purchases, and have not developed a procedure for this process. And it takes extra time for them to approve, and clear pack/shipping department to complete purchase.

As far as refunds, It is clearly spelled out in the box to select Bitcoin for payment, Tiger Direct will not refund buyer in Bitcoin. Refunds will only be Tiger Direct credit.

So keep in mind, Bitcoin is not there preferred payment method, and you had better want what you purchase there, because you won't get a bitcoin refund, and it may take days to get any satisfaction.

On reddit there are some very upset people about the bitcoin option on tiger direct when they needed a refund from them. Since customer service over there is not trained in bitcoin they dont know how to address customer returns. I guess one person was told that they'd have to "call bitcoin" in order to figure out their refund.

You don't see the bitcoin payment option till you've entered your shipping address and are ready to pay.  I just re-checked 2-min ago, and it's still there.
