i think i should close this topic. if anyone thinks otherwise send me a PM with valid reason why not.

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.

How viaBTC accelerator works:
--snip--
But as  what OP experienced about the 100 limit in an hour I guess you must still wait a few minutes before doing somethong again to accelerate any transaction.

You need to be fast too many people are using their service to accelerate their transactions, and the slots are filled very quick, there's not much you can do just wait until the clock hits xx:00 and submit your tx as fast as you can.

Did you submit the transaction ID in the first minute? Only submit that way can be sure top 100 in one hour, otherwise you can't be top 100. It can be submitted 100 times in a few seconds.

I also have experienced the same thing but in my opinion they still work fine just that there may be some problem on their site

ViaBTC.com work fine. But if you want to be sure that transaction will be submitted you must do this in first minetes after full hour. Yesterday evening I push like that one transaction. It was completed in the fifth block, and it took about 1.5 hours, but I can confirm that it works!

I believe we need to wait until within a few seconds of the top of the hour and redo it. I’ve heard from a few people that viaBTC hasn’t been working/has been under a crazy heavy load. It’s a bummer that the whole system is so jammed up, and the only way to get anything through is to either wait half a day or pay out the nose.

Now I wonder how it was worked all three times when I have tried with them. I have included enough fee and for curiosity I accelerate through ViaBTC. I guess this way people would have flooded there.

But i don't like them personally because they are trying to promote bitcoin unlimited which may lead to split of bitcoin network.
Everyone is basically free to support whatever they think is right.

If you visit their tool section, a screen pops up stating that their tool exists due to Bitcoin Core (according to viaBTC) messing up and not willing to come up with a solution.

Solution is SW but that's something they obviously are not agreeing with. Again, that's also part of the freedom they enjoy. After all, people need that tool in some cases as they are too stingy on their fees, not vice versa.

How viaBTC accelerator works:
- You submit your transaction ID and they have limit of 100 transactions per hour which reset every hour.
- Viabtc have huge mining farm so they will mine few blocks every day or even every hour, they will prioritize the transactions that are submitted so fee those transaction have doesn't matter.
- When viabtc will mine block your transaction will get approved.

But i don't like them personally because they are trying to promote bitcoin unlimited which may lead to split of bitcoin network.

As worked for me today have used it a few times and had no problem I would check again to see if it nows working for you as it should be.

Im tracking how they work - can you show us ID of one from your transactions? If you have few successful transactions "pushed" via viabtc for sure one you can show us Wink thank you in advance!

since he didn't even read the topic and previous comments i suspect he was just posting random comments here and will never come back Wink

May i ask why are you tracking how they work?

anyways here is my bitcoin address 1LCCJR45uLk4Ge2PcrbuR9Y7uQuyQ9VCoQ i finally got it to work after reading the comments 2 days ago and pushed this transaction which was successfully accelerated: 85b8637dc08b7333e32b83616645d0c348cdb18b62f823fa6dcfbbc683dec61d

That 100 tx cap is not between two blocks they mine, it is for every hour.
Quote
A maximum of 100 TXs submitted can be accelerated every hour.
Don't know at what time they reset this count but i think its UTC time.

EDIT: Timezone confirmed, their counter reset on every hour. I have just included one transaction (some random one) Grin

That would match my experience of just last night.  I tried to accelerate a small transaction that had been unconfirmed for 11 hours, but ViaBTC gave me the error message.  I then waited until 30 seconds after 11:00 PM (US ET) and tried again.

"Acceleration succeeded"

And it was confirmed on the second block afterwards.

So, it looks like to get an acceleration using ViaBTC's service, the way to do it is to try just after the top of the hour.

It is not about UTC or GMT time zones Smiley question is if they reset 100 submits limit on full hour or maybe xx:30

If you successfully submitted transaction straight after full hour it means that we have answer  Grin
Thank you for information! Smiley

i have used https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ multiple times before without any problem but today i have had a couple of payments that i wanted to put through this service and i couldn't do it from the morning!

obviously i assumed the 100 limit was reached but just right now ViaBTC mined block 456173 and technically their 100 tx should go back to zero and allow new submissions but it still says "submission beyond limit!"
