they must clear their stand..! but as we know they will keep it vague for as long as possible..! and eventually we have to go SC  ..!
but If RBI Tries a bit to understand what really bitcoin is and tries to understand positive points rather then just going against it , Bitcoin can really Help India and all those small business developing..!
They can release few guidelines to regulate bitcoins .!

It is said that he'll File a case in High court if he does not hear from RBI about the clarification on the legal status of bitcoin in the country.

So anyone have an update on this? Have he filed the case in high court?

Venugopal had mentioned that he will be in Bangalore this week or the next to discuss with me and Naavi.
Not sure when that is happening though.
