I moved into my van, and ignored it as much as possible. At first I missed the McDonald's coffees, but I sorted out some catering in the van, and I won't go back. My costs have gone down a lot, so I need to start investing in crypto mining. I'm now clearing some of my properties, and that will make life a lot easier in the future.

Do due diligence
My business was open: auto repair (critical infrastructure). I was the only manager, at first: we sent a few people home and reduced hours. The only time we closed was if someone tested positive then we reopened after enough of were negative.
I enjoyed the commute during shutdown.
To clarify: I could easily spend a month in the middle of nowhere, reading a book (happier if I have internet too)---done this several times

You own the pen
I was just merely reading books, watching documentaries, and other kinds of stuff to gain some knowledge about anything that catches my eyes. But the truth is, I missed the normal environment in our community and I also missed attending schools. It's been more than a year since the last time I met with my teachers and classmates. There's something wrong with our government here, they wanted to extract as much as they could in this kind of situation. Money is everything for them, they don't really care if the other common people are living well. I wish things will be back to normal after everyone will get their dose of vaccines.

Of course, the family fears for their children in such difficult situations, the virus is spreading all over the world and there is currently nothing that can stop it, of course it can be said that everything in life has a positive and negative side, the same thing applies to the Corona virus as well, because of this virus and Quarantine parents found more time to sit with their children and learn more about the problems they face in their daily lives. Before quarantine there was no room for parents to sit with their children due to work pressure, but now they have enough time.

People have survived solitary confinement for decades without losing their minds. Not saying it was good for their mental health, but I figured I'd use the downtime to workout everyday (insane how much you can do with just body weight), make more money, and read the collected works of Victor Hugo.

I'm a university student

at first, this seems to be good for me as I only love to play comp games whenever I have time.

But as online class started, we are starting to feel the stress. The experimentation of different ways to cope up is really stressful, but still we can manage.

But as soon as the next sem started, the laboratories cannot be conducted as Face to face classes are not yet allowed, so some of the subjects that needed on-hand training are not offered. So if this continues, there will be an additional year for us engineering student until we have the opportunity to have that activities.

Though answering the questions, I mostly played games, and I'm good with being at my room alone so its all good for me

Podcasts, Youtube, Meme and importantly bitcointalk so its a golden opportunity for any age group people to learn lot of new things and this lockdown also can be a reason why there is surge in the crypto trading activities.

Ofcourse most people went back to their home due o lockdown so its also a great chance tp spend time with them.

You can only learn about these new things in a lockdown if you are financially sound and you have a business / Job which is not effected by the lockdown.
In most cases, people lost their job in the lockdown, people could not do the physical business and hence all those time they were more worried on how to feed themselves and family. When you are financially worried, you cannot learn any thing new.  Sad

The beginning period of the lockdown was really the most challenging time, trying to adjust to a new way and lifestyle. I was excited at first, and then i became bored later on, i got tired of not doing anything. So i really took advantage of that time to declutter my space, organize, read some books i had on my shelf and learn a new digital skill (I learnt Graphic designing during that timeframe and i don't regret it).

I developed a routine around that period ( exercise, eat, sleep, read and follow up on my graphic design training).

Covid-19 is unique, the first of its kind to have kept the world in a standstill and not just for days or weeks but months. No anticipated it would take a year and its menace continues still. So, the world was generally hard to live in for everyone. Even the rich felt it too as most of them were denied vacations or had to play the part.

On a general note, Covid-19 pushed individuals like myself out of the way of living a routine life to seek some other indoor opportunities, explore the distant ends of the internet and see ways of being more useful at home. Sure being out would have been better but, being confined by law, you've got to lose some energy in some other way and keep your sanity. Home workouts for the body, trading for the finance, news on updates and calls/chats for socialisation.

Like me,  especially when you have a physician, a doctor in your family, and that doctor only believes you just can't go out with your friends which is not true for me because on my side I want them to understand me to know that what Iam experiencing is no joke.

My question is for you who may have experienced this.

1. What did you do to cope while you were in lockdown? if you are a student or working outside, employed please specify.

2. Or what did you or your family did every on lockdown? is there a family time game time?

For me it is very hard during the lockdown, it is going on for 6 months - everything is closed and it's just sad. Working from home and having no way to do things like before is so hard, I miss just going to a restaurant or cafe and meet some friends. One way for me to cope with this pandemic was to have regular Skype Calls with Friends and Family, we started to just call and drink a few beers in front of the camera. Game nights would be nice too, but we didn't try it yet.

Months become very fast when you think about it and very slow when you do a lot of things when you are adults.

We from different countries went through a lockdown and some made them crazy. A study was shown that COVID (Here is a source about that study if you need it https://time.com/5876606/economic-depression-coronavirus/ and https://www.aljazeera.com/opinions/2020/5/3/the-impact-of-coronavirus-could-compare-to-the-great-depression) can cause people anxiety and depression and who were experiencing it before COVID-19.

Another reason was family who makes everything worst for you those who are misunderstood that it's all in the mind which they don't see what is the problem, they only try to understand us but in reality. We all know if we tell them they don't believe us that is to go berserk and ask for help from others.
