We can't predict the lowest price during a bear market but my assumption is that if the market drops 20% then the opportunity to buy gradually, I apply the trading method to buy gradually to reduce losses if my prediction is wrong because the price falls lower.

investment more specifically in cryptocurrencies is all about timing. it's either you're making an entry in investing and get a great market position or you are getting fomo'd and buying at around the ATH.
there is definitely some saying to buy at around the market correction but the question lies, at what point the market gonna bottoms out, and the same question for the bullish run as well, basically at what point the market gonna reached its most ATH.
that is the difficulty of following that kind of investment advice since figuring out is the key of investment.

Not every coins can recover post bear season so when you make your comparison between the two period bear in mind that only those coins you see will be able to withstand the bear market that deserves to be invested on, just because some projects becomes very cheap in price during the bear season does not mean they are worth putting money on.
Like they say, bear period is the time to build a strong portfolio that will give you great profit during the bull season. So choose wisely.

Let's say your picture are correct about the difference between the bear and bull market. I don't understand why most traders trade on bull market? Bull market is considered the price will always increase, trading in bull market can reduced your profit since you didn't sell at the peak. If you're still holding, you can sell when the price is on the peak.

It's always advisable to buy crypto during the bearish market. The cycle will always be buying when it was bearish and then sell when it was bullish. So many people will be scared during the bearish trend. The bad thing is when people are thinking to buy during the pump and sell during the dump. One thing that must be known by anyone if they shall not buy any tokens that owned by scammers just like when the owner of token was refusing to pay the salary for its bounty manager.

I'm not sure if you got the whole picture correct because it didn't refer to crypto as a whole. And obviously, in crypto market, bear market is when the price goes down hard and this might take 2-3 years. As compare to stocks that might recover in short amount of time.

And if you wanted to make money, then buy at the dip in bear market and then wait for the next bull run to happen (usually right after bitcoin halving, as this process is the catalyst).
