You can never get your money back while your paying with the cash paying method of paypal so if you purchase something don't use that just use the normal paypal method. Many times better without any dangerous meanings.

i never hear about paypal my cash,and thanks for give us explanation,but honestly i'm not use paypal anymore,since my account getting hard to be verified,and yes there was so many scammers in there.

the difference between these two is not worth it to say something about. Paypalmycash is just an account to put your money into where you can hold it and paypal is the paying method witch one is using your money to pay what you want to buy . So it is almost the same only with a different name between it.

What if I load a paypal cash onto my paypal and send a friend that money, can he withdraw it then?

It would be hte same as if I purchased something from X, he would have to be able to withdraw it right?

Vanilla doesn't sell reload cards any more. You can reload at the register, but to have someone else reload your card, you'd have to give them the full number from the magnetic stripe.

It's not like a credit or debit card. It's a code you enter into your PayPal account to redeem the funds.
So you buy the card (where the only thing that matters is the code) with cash or CC and redeem the funds into your PayPal account.

Yes, Paypal MyCash can be reversed. Don't believe the people who are selling these and claiming they have a receipt that it was purchased for cash because it's most likely photoshopped. It also might be from a victim of a middleman scam. Look up Craigslist MoneyPak car scam. The same thing can be done with Paypal MyCash.

Paypal transfer - notorious for reversals
Paypal MyCash - notorious for money laundering schemes

In other words, don't accept either payments from new accounts that will try their dam hardest to convince you they're legit. Also avoid anyone selling paypal MyCash in "bulk", or at deep discounts.
