I got some reports from my users that they see higher hashrate in their phoenix console too.
This may be a random deviation or some bug in the phoenix hashrate meter.

Usually the miner should be more accurate, but your reward depends on submitted shares just like the estimation on pool sites, so that number is more "real" in this case :)

Your miner is the accurate measurement.  All pools (BTC Guild included) measure your hash rate based on the shares your miner has submitted over a certain length of time, 15 minutes on the case of BTC Guild.  Pools cannot see the actual hash rate of your miner, only estimate it.

Hi, running my 5870 at 440 hash according to phoenix (1ghz, 185 mem) however btcguild is saying my average is 520 hash, which is the more accurate or true?
