I like Ver006c with PCIE connectors, do not like the Ver007 with Sata connectors. Waiting for a PCIE version to come out.
Not entirely accurate. Source: a hundred or so ver007 risers I have that do NOT use a sata connection.
I would avoid any riser that have a sata or 4 pin fan header connection for power.
Any version risers with molex connectors are fine,
PCIE version would be sweet though!

Out of those 2 versions, this one would be what I would use without the sata adapters wherever possible.
Sata cables are lower gauge, see the below blog for more information as to why SATA risers should be avoided
