Yes the difference has to be big to make a profit anyways this is very helpful to know this information and welcome.

It is not connected, prices are different because of different fees. Buying at one and selling at other exchange is called arbitrage, but difference has to be big enough to make profit. Also withdrawal at Mt.gox takes long time.
